This was my very first time visiting with Kelsey Seybold. I was hoping to establish care before my trip out of the country. Everything was smooth sailing up until my actual one on one with the “Doctor” madija sajid
From the minute I walked in the facility everything was great. Went upstairs. Was greeted…checked In. Truth be told…This was the first time I had gone to a medical facility and there wasn’t a five hour wait just to see a doctor. So kudos to Kelsey Seybold for getting patients in at their actual appointment times. The staff coordinators up front were extremely kind. My nurse and phlebotomist were top notch!!! Both were incredible with giving vaccine and drawing blood. They have that gentle touch with the needle!!! The initial questionnaire with the “Doctor” was going smooth. It wasn’t until we started going over my meds that her attitude and overall demeanor with me just flipped!!! I was on some very high dose medications for weight loss and on a combination of meds that she just brushed off by saying…Oh that’s an interesting mix and potentially very dangerous!!! I’m thinking ok…care to explain “doctor”!!!???!!! Rather than to educate her patients that she claims to care about so much as she claims in her video. With the most judgmental attitude…she turns to me and asks. Where were you getting these meds from. I told her and she just went on. Still with the attitude that came out of nowhere. I don’t know what her issue was this morning…but clearly something set her off. We talked about several other things…it wasn’t until the nurse came back In after giving me my vaccination that I remembered…Hey…there is another question I’d like to ask the doc. Well, the nurse says to me you can reach out to her online through the web portal or you can wait and ask. I completely misunderstood what she had said…Because I was also told to wait outside for 15 min for a reaction period. So the nurse comes looking for me in the lobby to take me back to my waiting room to ask the “DOCTOR” the question I needed to ask…so I sit and wait no more than maybe three minutes when she swings the door wide open and says…yes…I say to her I had a question about a very minor reaction that I had to an over the counter medication that I took a while back. She says to me what is it…I say I’d rather not ask the question with the door wide open. Still with the same bad attitude she sighs heavily and walks in the room so that the door can shut. Because I myself was having a good morning and didn’t want stoop down to her level…I simply said to her…You know what…its ok…Never mind my concern. She bolted out like I had just wasted hours of her time.
Im thinking to myself. Seriously??? I just saw a video where this person claims to care about patient care. About not letting the patient leave with more stress or any concerns about their own well being. And this is how I get treated. That entire video of her self proclamation to making sure she addresses patient care and needs is the BIGGEST LIE EVER TOLD!!!
It’s extremely unfortunate that this bad review goes to the entire facility when It should be directly reflective of the person who I had my visit with. I will never go back to this “Doctor” again. This has to have been the worst encounter I’ve ever had with a “DOCTOR” I hope the next person I’m placed with has better patient care than this person!!!

This link is one you can copy and paste to see her tell her lies about patient care!!!...
Read moreThe billing office was supposed to get back with me about the additional $20 for a second urinalysis requested by Dr. Harris. I want this charge removed as, this is not a test I requested. Secondly I have a formal complaint about several matters on or around the date of service. I was asked to walk thru construction areas to get to building B. As I left my X-ray in that building I was asked by the X-ray technician why did I come to that building instead of going to the building where Dr. Harris is at. Later that day I get results & a message from Dr. Harris requesting another urinalysis because they suspected blood in my urine & she notes that she remembers me telling her I was on my period. I NEVER schedule appts w/my gynecologist or my PCP while on my period because of my uncomfortableness & hygienic practices. I think there’s a mix up with my urine because how weird that two days later I don’t have blood in my urine?! Then I had an issue w/Alex Lozano I believe his name is, told me I owed out of pocket for the ultrasound. I told him I was unable to pay & if I can be billed & he said I have to cancel my appt. Before I left the building I called the billing office & they said it was a mistake & ultrasounds are at zero cost. I had to wait almost 2hrs to get squeezed back in for the ultrasound, inconveniencing myself. I get a notification the $20 copay I paid in building B for lab work was refunded. Then I get notified that Dr. Harris coded my visit to Unspecified Jaundice. I was never told in the message in MyChart that there’s a possibility I have jaundice, so why is that? I don’t have jaundice and I did not have blood in my urine, so I am requesting that the additional $20 for lab work be removed from my account because I didn’t authorize it and I’m not paying it. I have repaid the $20 that I am responsible for and for some odd reason was refunded initially. Several people have caused me to make the decision to not return to Kelsey Seybold, not because of financial reasons, but because I don’t feel the integrity and trustworthiness of the staff nor the medical...
Read moreI've been a K-S patient for ~30 years. This visit was a waste of my time & copay. I was referred for DIAGNOSIS and optimally relief, and I received neither. Just like my Dec. 14 visit at another clinic, the clinical notes are faulty/false. My gait & my range of motion of hips & knees were NOT evaluated. The Achilles tendon wasn't palpated. I was not "advised to many modifications & alternating ice & heat," or recommended "proper shoe gear & off-the-shelf orthotics." I did NOT "believe that [I] may have injured it after a misstep" (I stated quite the opposite), and I said nothing about "pain is aggravated with walking." Where do you people get off MAKING UP STORIES to put into patients' electronic health records? Next, the doctor said that he "doesn't do ankle injections." What's the purpose of hiring Ortho/Sports Med physicians who don't or can't inject EVERY JOINT? Some GPs will do such injections, for God's sake. Furthermore, if the issue isn't bone but, rather, soft tissue, the O/SM physician should have SOME recommendation other than punting to physical therapy. Finally, I had to ask to bring the doctor back in to clarify the medication regimen (originally described as "continue that"). Come on, now!
(1) Yet again, the specialist copay was said to be $40 until I corrected it to $80. (2) EVERY K-S clinic should have MULTIPLE Ortho/Sports Med physicians who can & will inject ANY joint. (3) It remains impossible to see my preferred doctors for weeks or months. (4) Yet again, I perceive myself to have been disregarded in favor of K-S's patented "let's see one patient every 15-20 minutes." (5) On Dec. 14, the x-ray taken was of my foot, not the ankle, which necessitated loss of time to take correct x-rays on Dec. 27. (6) My physical therapist is going to hit the roof when she hears about all this, and she'll agree with me that this is utterly unacceptable.
Edited to add: I agree with the eloquent comments of Maggie Adobea below.
