I visited the place today, ordered one Pani Puri ($4.99 - Dine-In/Self Service) and Togo order for about $30 (Total with taxes was supposed to be around $37).
At the time of payment when the owner asked me to pay $45.26 - I asked him that according to the Menu Card, it should be a lesser amount, but he said that the prices have gone up, and the Menu card is not updated. I asked him to tell me the new prices, and he checked and said that the prices on the Menu Card and in the Computer System are same. So, my question to the owner was, why is he charging me more, and his reply was that the computer system automatically adds a tip for 20/25%, on the total bill (Togo order also)(As I mentioned earlier, I sat there and only had one Pani Puri, worth $4.99 and the rest was Togo).
When I told him that this is wrong, he gave me a SHOCKING REPLY that it’s not him, but the Computer System does it on its own - STRANGE!
Note : I advised him to kindly make a habit to inform the customers what the actual bill is and how much extra he or Computer System will be charging.
I hope the owner understands and looks into this...

Owner was behaving in a very petty and stingy manner.
I asked if I could try some ice cream because I was not familiar with the dessert and he blatantly said no, was very rude about it. Then he said OK I’ll let you try one which was very petty because I was curious about 2 flavors. And when asked to try a second flavor, he pointed at my friend because he ordered the same flavor (indicating that I should try some of his). I walked out and left without buying anything.
Not a very successful business model. This was my first time here and I’m not coming back. Also be aware that when you pay, the iPad automatically jumps to the highest tip setting, so make sure to change it.
I’ve been at this location when it was back at Savoy many years ago, but something is wrong with this location. 0/10

The Chapli Kabab over rice was absolutely delicious – flavorful and perfectly cooked.
The Chicken over rice and Seekh Kabab over rice were equally mouthwatering, fresh, and served with a crunchy iceberg salad that added a nice touch.
The chicken burger was fairly standard, nothing special, while the Philly steak sandwich was a pleasant surprise – nicely done and tasty.
As for the faloodas, while refreshing, they could use a bit more distinct flavors. The Ras Malai and Baloch Falooda tasted quite similar. Introducing stronger flavors could really enhance the experience.
Overall, it’s a nice, small setup with a big variety, run by a humble and smiling owner who greeted us with a very positive attitude. Wishing them all the best – keep up...
