I’m going to take my time in writing this review because I just have to say that this particular healthcare provider has to be the BEST provider I have visited in a VERY long time!!! It is SOOO refreshing!!!

I had been looking for a dentist for quite some time since relocating back home to Houston from MI. All my previous providers either retired or just weren't available. It’s always so difficult to find good healthcare providers. Most of the time you find them thru referrals. Referrals were quite bleak! However, while searching Dr. India Gibson of Bella Smiles reached out to me via LinkedIn and fast forward to setting the appointment I have to say I don’t regret it one bit! Setting the appointments for my husband and I were quick and easy. The provider’s office was very responsive.

When my husband and I arrived on the day of our appointments, the ambiance was spectacular! It had the feel of a boutique; quite posh! We were then greeted with a pleasant smile and hello from the Office Manager, Robin!!! She got us situated and we didn’t even sit in the waiting room for up to 10 mins. before the dental assistant, Linsey came to get me first and then after my x-rays my husband was right in the chair after me.

Linsey and the other young lady (forgive me for not remembering your name) were very pleasant and professional! Actually I felt like I had known them for a very long time based on how were conversing. That’s another thing I want to point out... the staff was just so warm and inviting, you’re made to feel like you’ve know each other for years! And this actually happened to be our first visit!

Dr India Gibson... The words I’d use to describe her would be professional, personable, warm, knowledgable, and most importantly passionate about her field!! She took her time to answer my questions and provided in depth explanations regarding our plan of care. She is an amazing doctor and I have to say we need more professionals like her who are passionate about providing top notch care! I am AMAZINGLY impressed!

I believe my husband and I have found out new dental home! THANKS...

As a first time new patient, I had a great experience at Bella Smiles. I was greeted as soon as I I walked in the door by the receptionist. (She was the only one whose name I didn’t get, but she was very nice). Everyone I interacted with from that point on was nothing but kind, professional, and accommodating. Tes took me back and did all my X-rays and although it took awhile to complete them all since it was my first visit, she checked on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable.

Dr. Gibson was very pleasant and addressed all of my concerns as well as answering any questions I had. She has great bedside manner. I did not feel rushed at all. She worked up a plan of care for me which Robin at the front desk went over with me and made sure I understood.

Finally, Arianna the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth seemed to take her time and do a thorough job. She was very nice. I had been searching for a new Dentist to take care of my teeth since my previous Dentist closed their Sugar Land location and I think I have found it.

Thank you Bella Smiles team. I appreciate all of you ladies and I don’t think I have ever had a visit to the Dentist office that...

This is my second time coming to Bella Smiles Cosmetics. My dad is the one who suggested I come to this location. He had nothing but good things to say about the people and the interior of the building. It’s always an adjustment going to a new place and putting your trust in people, but sometimes it just takes a little bit of a leap!

The staff at Bella Smiles Cosmetics and Family Dentistry are quick to answer their phones and are flexible to work you in their schedule when you need it. I enjoyed my last visit —Dr. Gibson greeted me so warmly and her calm energy put me at ease. I could have napped the entire time being worked on! Ja Nai, Dr. Gibson’s assistant, was a good team player. She listened well and I could tell she was passionate about learning all that she could about her field. She didn’t show any signs of a beginner. She is a natural! And I have to say thank you Dr. Gibson for taking me in for the second time that day and completely accommodating my needs in every which way.
