Several of family and I made good use of the Kroc Center facilities from 2012 through 2015 when we resided in Solano county. The Kroc center opened in 2012. So we were excited to have another recreation and fitness center available other than YMCA. The center offered a Performing Arts Center, Family pool, gym, climbing wall, competition lap pool, worship center, weight room, group exercise classes and more. I paid for the fitness shuffle classes to include the Zumba classes which was so much fun. My two nephews would be placed in the child watch section while their parents (My cousin) worked out. My daughter also worked at the child watch section. My brother also worked as a personal fitness trainer. We were members of the Kroc prior to my daughter and brother’s employment. All the employees were always friendly, nice and helpful. We surely enjoyed our time here. We have a lot of great memories.

Decided to buy a day pass to get out of the heat and swim for a bit. The front desk person, Malik, was extremely friendly, pleasant, and approachable. Definitely a people person. After he finished giving a younger man some positive tips on how to improve his b-ball game, he greeted me with a big smile and made the check-in process a breeze. He was happy to answer my questions about the rock climbing wall and just generally seemed to enjoy working here, which to me says a lot about the place as a whole. Clean locker rooms, a/c, and just a really nice atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

This place is beyond DISGUSTING!!!! The bathrooms and Cabanas smell of urine and feces. They are always dirty and makes a person feel they will be infected with something. The pools are a complete joke because there is never any time for an adult to swim. Seriously!!! What time should an adult come to swim? Always pact with teens and little children. The fitness center is okay but the machines need serious TLC!!! I mean come on, total lawsuit waiting to happen. The rubber grips are gone on most machines and filled with teens sitting on the machines and texting not even using the equipment. Don't even get me started on the staff (not all but a lot of them), WoW, just WoW!!! First off it wouldn't kill anyone to smile and say hello. Second the nasty rude tones in your voices need to go. Third making fun of the clientele is not cute and insanely unprofessional. They walk in pacts laughing and gossiping. They yell at each other from across the way and say inappropriate things. They look miserable and angry all the time and God forbid you ask for help or for anything for that matter. They look at you like you have offended their sensibilities and talk to you like trash. I'm done with this place!!! If I could I would give it negative 10 stars. I wish and hope things change because when they first opened it was an awesome...

The people are nice enough. But I wish I asked more questions about the summer pass. It really didn’t explain what you would have access to. Have to buy a day pass for the rock wall. From a marketing position you should make everything accessible so then if people like it enough they’d actually buy a membership for the year. We moved here from Georgia where we had a base pool, community housing pool and a ymca membership. Base pool here was closed this year so we found this. However had I known most of the time that the pools were used for the summer club kids, classes and swim lessons the whole day and half the pool was closed off for the rest of us I would never have come here. I wish they had a clear schedule we can look at where we’d have some freedom to actually enjoy the pool. At the ymca they did. And any time we went we could actually enjoy the pool. Waste of money. Wanted to like it cause I would have Invested in...
