I have gone twice to this location and itās by far the worst customer service. Itās closer to my house but I would rather go across town . Today I dropped off some amazon packages to return and I was using the self kiosk to avoid giving them extra work. They were out of big polybags and I asked if they could bring more out. They basically just told me to leave label and item there and they would deal with it later. I asked for a piece of tape since a small box was semi open and they asked me if I wanted to buy tape. It was just a piece of tape I needed which at other places they would kindly just tape the box anyway but apparently they dont do that here. And yes I had no problem purchasing a roll of tape but I work in customer service too and receiving that type of attitude annoyed me so I went home got my piece of tape and drove to the other ups location. Lack of customer service experience.
I saw the response and that is incorrect information. I was talking about the first small piece of tape for the first box that needed one small piece of tape because she said it was a little open. She wanted to charge me for an inch of tape. I never said tape the two boxes together. That was after the incident for a separate order, never did I mention to her to tape the boxes together. I only asked her for a small piece of tape for the first order. I didnt know those had to be taped together until she told me and of course I wasnāt expecting those to be taped and that was never asked. It seems there is a surge of fake good reviews to wrongly promote their bad services. I prepared my return but by mistake put the label on the wrong box, then I took the return and scanned it in this store last month. Of course, the tracking was not updated as received because it was not there to scan. In any reputable store with decent staff, scanning wrong barcodes (serial numbers or whatever) will cause an error for non UPS new and active tracking code and they āll let you know to fix the problem. The question, what did she scan? how did she issue a receipt? What happened to the package? When back to the store, they asked where is receipt? Receipt for what, they gave the receipt for non active wrong code and the receipt is already lost. In conclusion, DO NOT RETURN IMPORTANT ITEMS THROUGH THIS STORE. IF YOU HAVE TO, THEN DO IT YOURSELF THROUGH THE KIOSK. OTHERWISE TAKE IT TO ANOTHER TRUSTED STORE. Why? The number provided is ringing but they not answering any calls while they are clearly still in the store. What gives? Are they deliberately avoiding calls while they are there? The least they could do is just answer the bloody phone and put me on hold while they are still inside just after kicking people out. I figure they are atill on the clock after they close just to clean up, sanitize, or stock, like every other business does, so it makes no sense as to why they cannot answer the phone after calling multiple times.
