Lucky Puppy Claw Machine Arcade — Attraction in Summerlin South

This is seriously one of the BEST claw machine arcades in Las Vegas!!! 💗💗💗🌟🌟🌟‼️‼️‼️From the moment you walk in, it’s extremely clean and well kept! The cute colors of the arcade just add to that feeling of happiness, along with seeing all the kawaii prizes you can win!!! They had a GREAT variety of prizes! I’ve been to a lot of arcades where they put the same, cheap prizes in a bunch of machines— LUCKY PUPPY DOES NOT DO THAT, YAY!!!! Each claw machine had a different prize in it! Even with different variations of the prize in the same machine. I really appreciate that as someone who likes options! I think the thing that sets this arcade apart from all the others though is the lovely staff! All of the team that was there when I was, Jin, Isaiah, and TJ (yes, they were so impressive I made sure to get their names hahah) they were PHENOMENAL! They all had great customer service skills and would literally give you tips on how to win if you were having a hard time. :•) it was so so so sweet of them! I like taking my kids to arcades especially claw arcades. We were excited to know there was one opening next to our go to Yogurtland spot on 215/Flamingo!!

This place is amazing! Not only did my kids enjoy, but me and my husband too! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the staff and who I think made our experience way way more fun! They were so friendly, funny, helpful, and we felt like we were part of their family! Prizes in each machine are awesome, my girls were excited to try them all and they were able to trade some for some bigger upgrades. Will definitely be taking my family here more often, not only was it fun but the staff themselves is what made the experience better. My girls are very shy, but with the business owners and staff they were having fun. We felt safe in there. And another thing I’d like to add, there was a little boy who was unattended trying to open the door and the parents were getting some tokens and didn’t notice. Before I can even get their attention, the staff was already notifying the parents and another staff member standing by to make sure the little boy didn’t walk out of the store. Low success rate due to the claw not gripping that well. We bought 50 tokens and the success rate came to only 32% so we left a bit disappointed. It was our first time here and went to a different claw arcade the weekend prior that has 60% win rate and boy can you feel the difference. Also, two of my kids’ plush had holes in them that we didn’t discover until the car ride home. Beware if you do the counting steps machine. It doesn’t count the steps as fast as you are stepping, even when you’re in the circle with or without shoes and they won’t refund you a token for it. So use at your own risk! It’s not meant to be won in 1 go.

We’ll be sticking to the claw arcade closer to home.
