Love the variety of the products, the food is delicious, however, I was sitting in the resturant waiting for my order, when one of the employees caught my attention when he secreatly pulled his phone out of his pocket with his gloves on-he used his phone, scratched his belly, he put his phone away, grabbed the broom proceeded to sweep the floor, he stopped scartched his head, face and nose, put the broom down to ring up a customer-all with the same gloves on-he reaches in to get bagels for a customer-I alerted the manager that was standing a the cash register-the manager immedialy told the employee to change his gloves and wash his hands-the employee acknowledge her but continued to pack bagels for the customer-I became very upset and told the manager that she needed to stop the employee and explain the importance of cleanliness in the work-place, unfortunatly she looked at me with dear in the headlight eyes-the location is on Flamingo and the 215 the incident occured 09/12/2022-this was a great location and convient to my work place-unfortunatly I will not be going to this location again. I am a nurse and it really upsets me to see things like this. I'm not sure if the lady at the cash register was actually the manager-but if she was the entire staff will need to be reminded of being clean around food. I hope someone will take action after...
Read moreI went to this Einstein this morning for coffee (the canteen) and bagels. When I got home not only was the coffee the wrong flavor, the canteen was half full. When I called I was told by the manager that they only fill the canteens to half full. They give 10 cups with the canteen; however, the half full canteen will fill 6 small cups (per the manager.) She told me this has always been just the stores aren't following their rules?? So, 6 small cups @ $2.69 per cup x 6 equals $16.14 when a canteen cost $20.99. Usually, at at other companies canteens do fill 10 cups so it's a little bit of a savings not a LOSS!! I was told this has been for years, when it has NOT been. I am a medical rep who brings canteens to accounts for educational presentations and I have always been able to pour 10 cups... Good to know this district manager is making this mandatory for all Las Vegas/Nevada stores. I will start using other places for my coffee canteens as it is mis leading to include 10 cups for coffee and only give enough coffee for 6. Shame on Einsteins, very...
Read moreAWFUL SERVICE! My husband and I have been going to this location since before the pandemic and it was a great breakfast spot with a great crew. The last few months they have really gone downhill and I suspect they have a new manager. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, got home, and the bagel wasn't toasted. I asked for almond milk for my coffee and was told "we don't have almond milk", which is a blatant lie because I've been using their almond milk for 4+ years. Then another time when I asked for almond milk they wanted to charge me $1. Again, I've never been charged for almond milk in 4+ years. The manager herself is clearly unhappy to be there and doesn't smile, half of the staff don't smile, they don't welcome you when you walk in, let you stand at the register for minutes before even acknowledging you, and my bagel never has the same amount of schmear from one day to the next. This store is just bad in every aspect. Go to the store on Sahara & Fort Apache, they're top-notch and the complete opposite...
