Yuuuuuuuuummmm!!! If you asked my husband to tell you some facts about me, one of them would be that I love ice cream. My sister went here and was raving about it after the fact, and they are currently building one in Inspirada, which is really close to where I live. We had a day out running around and ended up in the area, so we had to try some. We got there sometime around 1pm on a Saturday. This place sits in the strip mall on Flamingo and Ft Apache, where the Five Guys is. Getting in was pretty easy. The parking lot is a bit much, though, from all the different restaurants and businesses. Getting out was a little difficult depending on which way you are trying to go. We were able to go around the back of the building and either go right onto Ft Apache or go left to take the back streets further up.

There were probably 3 or 4 groups of people in front of me, and the line moved really quickly. They had a lot of options, and they let you sample whichever ones. I knew I wanted to try 2 flavors, so I got the double scoop in a cup, which ended up being close to $9 with tax and everything. I got a scoop of the Cookie Butter Swirl (cookie butter belgian spiced cookies and house made cokie butter swirl folded into their original cookie butter base) and a scoop of the Honey Lavender (Honey and lavender ice cream topped with crushed Blooming Buns Bakehouse honeycomb dust). There are multiple others I want to try next time. The honey lavender was so delicately perfect. It wasn't super sweet, but the flavors were the right amount of strength. The cookie butter ice cream was soooo good. The spice of it wasn't strong at all. If you are a fan of cookie butter anything, you need to try it! The ice cream was so thick and creamy, I had not had a thick ice cream like that before. I'm talking T.H.I.C.C thicc. And it was wonderful! One of my friends went in saying he wasn't getting anything and walked out with a scoop of honey lavender.

The staff was super nice and they were moving fast! I'm pretty sure they were training a couple of people, but they were doing a fantastic job. The interior is a bit small. It can hold the line of people just fine, but don't expect to really sit inside and eat. They sell the ice cream in cups or waffle cones, and you can even buy it by the pint ($11).Everything about this place was really cute and fun, and I'm so excited to have a location that will be...

There's no need to apologize for how addicting this ice cream is. It's some of the best I've ever had, and it's unfortunate I don't live near this creamery so I can try every flavor.

I visited during my Memorial Day vacation in Las Vegas. There are several locations, but I went to this one, which was a small building with a huge line running out the door. Thanks to the efficient customer service of the three employees I saw, the terror of waiting in that long line decreased as I quickly marched into the store. If you visit, you'll be hit with a delicious scent of fresh wafers and a menu listing recipes that you may never have heard of before. Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Boba, Cookie Butter Swirl, and Whiskey Bananas Foster are just a few that are on the list of their classic ice creams you can try.

There's so many to be curious about, you'll wish you can sample them all, but that's the best thing about this place: you can! (sort of). My partner and I ordered a Flight for $14, which is where you receive a scoop of four different flavors with a mini wafer in each. If this were any other store, I'd have to pick only one flavor, which would've been Mint Chocolate Chunk, but then I'd miss out on three other fabulous recipes.

Along with Mint Chocolate Chunk, I was able to have a helping of Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble, Campire S'Mores, and Ube Honeycomb. Each one was so smooth and scrumptious; the S'Mores was my favorite of the four, and Ube was the MVP for surprising me. I was certain by the name and purple coloring that I wouldn't enjoy it, but man, was I proven sooo wrong.

I can imagine this place not being suitable for those who are cautious of trying unique ice cream flavors; majority of them are vastly different from the typical array we are given at other shops. The safest choices would be to have the Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie, Rocky Road, or Strawberry Shortcake. Other than that, be expected to go outside your comfort zone and taste a dessert unlike anything you've had before.

You won't regret stopping by Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery because it is a one-of-a-kind shop that will actually make you want to scream...

My family and I have visited this dessert shop a couple times now and I'll have to say, the quality of the ice cream is phenomenal. During our most recent visit at this restaurant, there was a line that went outside of the store which was rather annoying (I get easily impatient), but was well worth the wait - I was amazed on how fast the line was moving too.

My family and I have tried the Coffee and Doughnuts, Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble, Butter Cake, Glazed Doughnut, and Honey Lavender flavors so far. I think out of all those flavors, my favorite so far is the Coffee and Doughnuts, but I have still have yet to try every flavor. During our most recent visit, we wanted to try the Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Crumble because of their seasonal lineup; however, it wasn't available to us (apparently everyone else wanted to try it too because they were out of it).

The only downfall for me is that you cannot order just simple flavors (vanilla bean, plain chocolate, etc.) and you're basically stuck with ordering what is already mixed. I know the concept of this place is what makes it so successful, but it would be nice to accommodate folks who are in a group of people that just wants those plain flavors. Not a big deal since those kind of folks (including me) can take their a$$ to another ice cream shop. Also, some of the mixes doesn't sound as appealing as the others, so unfortunately, I will be limited to only having certain flavor creations here.

As mentioned earlier, the quality of the ice cream is outstanding and the price-to-quantity ratio was very respectable. The folks working here were very friendly and professional during both visits which makes the experience even more better. I also appreciate how this place supports the men and women of the Armed Forces to include its Veterans - thank you for that! 👍 Highly recommend this place to everyone! I noticed that they're opening another SNS Creamery within close proximity of my residence, located in the far Northwest part of the city. This is great news for the area and my family so we don't have to travel all the way to this location (W. Flamingo) to try those...

I love good ice cream and this is some of the best I've had. There are a lot of places out there that follow the Cold Stone model which is basically, propping up mediocre ice cream with a lot of mix-ins. I mean, that stuff is edible but not impressive. There's even a fairly famous place here locally that does it and people always want to try it when I have friends visiting from out of town. I'm going to try to re-direct them to Sorry, Not Sorry going forward. I am endlessly impressed with ice cream that can stand on its own without the mix-ins and this place seriously has some of the most vivid flavors I've experienced. My wife and I loved it and we'll be back often. As a nice bonus, it's on our side of town Add-on for first review: This is some of the best ice cream I've ever had anywhere. I don't know that I've ever had ice cream that features such vivid flavors. It's just delicious. The prices are reasonable from a comparative standpoint and the service is friendly and helpful. They're going to need a larger space pretty soon though. The line is so long that there isn't really room for tables or an eating area. I was just lamenting that we don't have a place like the Spotted Cow back in our home state of WA here in LV where we can go with friends to sit in comfortable chairs and eat ice cream while we chat. I think Sorry-Not-Sorry could be the place to do that. Just think of a Seattle coffee restaurant but with ice cream rather than coffee. We need this in our new hometown of Las Vegas and I can't think of anyone better to make it happen!
