I've been here a few times, but the last couple times, they have made our orders incorrectly by forgetting to add what we ask for. Some of the workers gave attitude when we came in for our order to be resolved and it didn't make sense that they acted that way when it wasn't even our fault that our order was wrong. Thankfully the manager we dealt with was very kind and helped us, I wish I remembered his name. If it wasn't for him, I probably would not recommend this place based off the attitude and looks/comments the other workers gave us. A worker took both of our receipts the last time and when my bf spoke to Sasha (who said we can come in to have our order fixed another day since they were closing), we went to have it fixed and almost didn't have our issue resolved because of the mistakes the workers made & because they didn't let us know about the receipt rule (also cause their worker is taking the receipts from the bags too which I hope they corrected), but like I said, the other manager we dealt with was nice enough to help us since we charged it to a credit card and had the amount for proof. If you go here, just double check your order and make sure you have your receipt with you when you leave in case you get home and your order was wrong, otherwise they can't do anything about it without your receipt. (Sorry if this sounded confusing, but this was all based off of our last order we had with...
Read moreThe five guys chain gets five stars. They make the best burger compared to other fast food chains and you can really have it your way here. But this particular location i give 4 stars. Honestly, this is the second five guys ive been to. The first one i went to once 3 years ago in a different city and they didnt really win my business. This one i decided to give it a shot because it was convienent and i left very satisfied. so now practically every monday I come here for lunch since im in this area on mondays. The food is always good but what makes me give them 4 stars and not 5 is that they are not consistent. I always order my burger pretty much the same way but it always a little different. What i mean by that is always asked for grilled jalepenos on my burger sometimes i get it and its not grilled sometimes it is sometimes its only slightly grilled. I always as for grilled onion, sometimes it get a nice portion of onions other times not really. But the thing that knocked this from a five star to a four star for me was that i always say say no mayo and one time...just once i got mayo. Do i complain of coarse not...im not the type to complain. One thing they are consistent about though is that the bun is always very smushed. The staff are for the most part friendly too. Im probably not going to eat here much anymore though only because im not gonna be in this area...
Read moreSo, finally I was able to try Five Guys today. I had heard from a friend who lives in NY that the Five Guys' burgers are the East Coast version of In-N-Out. I was eager to see what the hype was all about. I ordered the Mini Cheeseburger (1 patty versus 2) and Cajun Fries. The burger was really tasty and was the perfect size. It was cooked just right and very juicy. I ordered all of the toppings on it except for pickles (which I personally don't like) and I substituted the grilled onions for raw onions. One of the reasons I liked the burger was because it tasted homemade, fresh off a grill you'd have in your backyard. I liked that the buns were soft but, the bread did fall apart easily as I got to the last 1/3 of my burger. It was really hard to hold together! At one point, I could no longer hold it without everything breaking apart. As for the fries, they were really tasty but, on the spicy side. It had a lot of seasoning on them so, if you like your fries lightly salted or plain you wouldn't want them served this way. I think next time I'd try the plain fries but, I'd order the cajun flavor again. All in all, my experience was good and I'd definitely go back when I'm in the mood for a...
