Summerville Museum & Research Center — Attraction in Summerville

You walk in and are greeted . 10$ for adults 8$ for military . No wait and you can pay there . Sign in so they can receive grants . We wanted to go here to learn more about Summerville and the history . I recently moved here due to a PCS . You can walk around and listen to a QR code app or a volunteer can take you through and talk about everything (which we did) she was very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or feel negative vibes . Just a really nice informative place with some cool artifacts from the area . I was blown away with some things I learned ! This museum is small but full of history and interesting stories. Our guide, Pam, was amazing!! My kids and I learned a lot and had an incredible time. My kids would not stop staring at the artifacts our guide was talking about. She made it very entertaining and fun! We will definitely go back soon.
