I donât really have time to write reviews but after my experience today - I feel compelled to.
Had a 9:30am appt for a gel mani and regular pedi (pretty standard). I arrived and they started on my pedi right away, great. They did not soak my existing gel mani during my pedi, but the girl said it was okâŚfine. Finish the pedi, they soak my nails for TWENTY minutes, kept taking walk-ins and completely forgot about me. At this point I had already been there an hour and a half so I had to pivot to a regular manicure bc I no long had the time (or the patience) to sit there. They even had the balls to charge me the extra $7 for the âspecialâ regular polish I chose.
Here are a few suggestions:
instead of timing massages, put a timer near the clients that are soaking their hands in acetone. That has a much higher risk than someone getting a massage. Honor your appointments Donât up charge someone who has been pushed to the side. Maybe as a courtesy / decent customer service, you should not charge them the âextraâ $7 fee. Re-evaluate your pricing. I come from the city and they charge only $5 for chrome / special polish. $20...

The last two gel manicures I have gotten, my nail polish has started to peel in less than two weeks! and the gel manicure is not cheap, so I went back to the salon and told the manager what has happened the last two manicures, so the manager offered me a FREE manicure as compensation. And I agreed and I got the "free" manicure, (otherwise I would have left), but when I was leaving she stopped me and told me that I had to pay!!!!! Even the person who was next to her told her that she did say FREE OF CHARGE because of the last two bad manicures! Can you believe it? The manager didn't keep her word and LIED to me, because of all this, obviously I will NOT be returning and I will tell all my friends about this incident.    Read moreUpon my initial visit as a new client to this salon, I had an unpleasant experience. My normal salon was closed and I needed a simple pink & white gel fill w/a repair. Unfortunately, I was assigned a technician that was inexperienced and produced a poor quality of work. It turns out it was her first day there.
Although I was disgusted with the experience, I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction as I paid for my service and just left.
However, I was so dissapointed and dissatisfied that I returned the next day after work. The owner/manager did extend her apologies and assured me she would rectify the problem if I would return for an appointment the following day.
