Lots of picnic tables and benches. 3 or 4 playgrounds. Play area is gated. Bathrooms are in the play area. Theres also a small splash area (not working yet) Plenty of parking near the playground. I ticked off a star because the girls bathroom (at least) smelled absolutely rotten. Well no wonder why because somehow someone didn't keep it all in the toilet. There was splattter all inside the toilet and on the wall/floor next to the toilet. The bathrooms could use cleaning more often. The other thing is the playground could use some sort of partial shade. There are lots of slides that get really hot. This playground is good for ages 2-10

On one side of Palmetto Park there is a perfect walking trail! It's right in town, near most everything. There is a pond that is home to various water foul and several bridges to walk over. There is also a lovely gazebo and benches following the trail. Pets are permitted on a leash with owner. There are also pet clean-up stations along the way. On the other side of the park there is a nice area for picnics, a playground and plenty of tennis courts for the tennis enthusiast.

Cute, pretty decent sized park with a splash pad area attached to the fenced in playground. There are a few picnic tables in/around the splash pad with the restrooms very close by. The trees provide plenty of shade around the splash pad and park while also letting the sun in slightly right over the splash pad (depending on where the clouds are of course).

We love this playground. There are lots of play structures, a covered picnic area, a small splash pad in warm weather (typically turned on Memorial Day weekend), and a few varieties of swings. There is a lot of opportunity for imagination to run wild. The rest of the park is fine and consists of baseball fields, the tennis center, and a short walking path. My only complaint is that it closes at dusk. There were a few times in the winter months where the weather was beautiful and the playground was crowded, but everyone was made to leave at 4:30. But I do understand the reasoning and I appreciate that the park is clean...
