Colligo Coffee — Restaurant in Sumter

Great coffee but I was put off to find out they have a rewards program after coming in 4-5 days a week for the last 5-6 weeks. For being the most expensive coffee shop in town you’d think they would mention the rewards program to regulars. For my birthday I asked if they did anything and she said no, that could have been a great opportunity to inform me. I always get the same gal and my FIL always gets the same guy and neither of us were told that we could save some money. So for the first time in my life I didn’t tip because when I mentioned it after overhearing the employee tell the customer in front of me she has a free coffee, the employee wasn’t rude but she wasn’t nice about it either and proceeded to tell me that they only sometimes they remember to bring it up but after about 30 visits you’d think someone would be kind enough to mention it. So if you plan on coming often, ask about the rewards because the coffee is extremely expensive, but worth it, it’d be more worth it knowing you could save some...

I think they're just starting out so I'm going to be very generous with my stars. Staff was so friendly! And so professional. Concrete building needs lots of help. Hand fabric, put up sound panels, something. Sitting inside was not an option due to the horrible acoustics in the building. Syrup flavors are torani and taste as chemically is always. Espresso they are using has potential. I really hope the owners can get this place together cuz staff is amazing and we need a better coffee...

Best coffee spot around! We can’t rave enough about this place and tell neighbors and coworkers all about it! When you go, get their signature drink the Steamy Bean! It’s soooooooo good!
