Zebra Custom Designs, Inc. — Attraction in Sumter

Wasn’t good to say the least I ended up taking what I was there becouse I couldn't wait any more they had my order for 4 months they came back after 3 months and the phone number was wrong and the material was wrong so a month later when I called becouse they never called me. I was told they never made it on the truck so another week goes by I had to call again and they said they were in but I had to wait till Monday to pick them up and when I got there 6 of the 12 shirts were wrong. I tried to not be difficult so I said if you work with me I’ll just take what was there so he said he would work with me becouse I could have said no take them back and get me what I ordered and they would have been out of they money again for having the wrong shirts so how he looked out for me is he took 2dollars of of the 6 shirts and was told that I could always cut the sleeves. 🤬so after 4 months and getting my order wrong twice I was charged 317.00 for 12 shirts and 1 hat and six of the shirts were supposed to be short sleeves I was so mad I couldn’t believe they charged me that much after all there screw ups it’s probably the worst I’ve ever been taken advantage of I regret taking the shirts I should have got a refund and left the shirts. I've been a customer of Zebra Custom Designs for almost 20 years, basically since it opened. Whether it was promotional items, screen printed T-shirts or embroidered shirts they have always been my go to place for quality products. I've always found them to be an exceptional business! I usually work with the owner, but on the occasions I've worked with the staff, I have found them to be very accommodating, knowledgeable and respectful. When you are providing any type promotional items to the public with your name or business on it, you want the best quality product available because it will reflect on you and/or your business and that is what they provide. They have worked with me when I have been in a pinch and needed products quickly, never sacrificing quality or appearance. I am unable to post pictures, if I could you would see how terrible they did. The lines werent cut straight, so where the printing was black, there is white on the outer areas all over (it's a black shirt so it's very noticable) The one corner wasnt pressed and is peeling up. Also, I was told it would be done Friday of last week, then I get an email with an attachment of what it will look like. Info was wrong and missing. So I asked to correct before production. The one guy seemed irritated, than after the weekend before I heard anything getting an email Monday saying it will be done by end of Tuesday...still wasn't done. Now Wednesday pick up and it looks horrible. Oh! And they printed the image upside down!!! It's an eyeball, how do you mess that up? How do you put an eyeball upside down????? So freaking...
