I did an online order at 417pm and it was after 6 pm before I got my order. There was probably 30 something people at little Caesars and they had all order after I did except for one guy. He also ordered around 4pm and was waiting on his order. He even told them to just give him a regular pepperoni pizza. I had ordered 3 pizzas, crazy bread, and 4 sauces. I went in and my name was on the machine that's suppose to hold the orders on e they are done but when I put the code in, there was nothing there. They were so unorganized and one lady had a bad attitude, like it was my fault that my order was not ready. She told the group in the back that somebody better go up front because she was getting mad. If I order online and you have 45 mins to an hour to have my order ready, I expect it to be ready. Now if you call me or send a message and say your really busy and running behind, then that's fine but not and hour and 45 mins behind. The little pregnant lady that was there, was rushing around trying to get everyone's order right and I have to give her lots of credit. She told me many times that she apologize for the order not being ready but she was working on it. She did get it together along with many other people that were waiting. The only other thing was that one lady came in and order around 515pm and got her order within 2 minutes. How is that possible? We will never go back to the one on...
Read moreWhy do I keep thinking maybe this will be the time my order would be right. Ordered the lunch special 4 crunchy corners and I got four rounded corners instead of them being square, which tells me that it wasn't made in the square pan but tossed by hand into a square. It isn't just the sauce and toppings but it's a texture thing too and so it matters how it's cooked. And it's not what was made. I wanted so badly the crispy crunch of the edges and instead I got was not crispy edges and the dough was rubbery and tough to chew. Old dough from yesterday I bet cause it wasn't fresh. Fresh dough isn't chewy and tough. Last week I ordered bread sticks, they lacked flavor and chewy day old dough. Attention to details is lacking and you never know what you are going to end up with. Buying a frozen pizza at the store I already know the disappointment when buying one, but it's a predictable disappointment. Nothing predictable about this store. Go buy a frozen pizza you won't be disappointed going that route. I'm also following up with their corporate headquarters to complain about the lack of quality and attention to details. Ppl need to reach out to their corporate headquarters to complain about this location cause they are obviously not being told how awful things are being run...
Read moreCame in last night 1/11/19 (Friday night) around 6 ish pm it was packed with people ordering and waiting (mostly waiting) placed my order at 6:16 pm receipt to prove. One girl was up front taking the orders and doing her best to find the orders for the large amounts of people standing in there (not sure what was going on in the back but waiting you can see a lot but that's none of my business). As a customer service person myself I can see how this can quickly become overwhelming. Fifteen minutes go by and we have people that just placed an order get their food pay and Ieave after most of us have been waiting 15 plus minutes soooo. Moral of the story is food was still good but the place is way to small and they need to implement some sort of number system. Because when you feel like you've waited a long time just to have someone come in after you have been there for thirty plus minutes and leave immediately with food is...
