Google Campus Eating: Google Thinks of Everything, Even the Adult and Business Professional with Food Allergies

I had the pleasure of attending Google Gaming Developer’s In-House Bootcamp and Private Event for a few days last year. During the event, I was able to dine on campus. And I have to say, I was so impressed.

As an adult and business professional with a severe food allergy to nuts and dairy (anaphylaxis) dining with colleagues, clients, and work-related meals can be a source of anxiety for fear of no labeling (or false labeling) , cross process allergy contamination, a severe allergic reaction during a meeting or important conversation, etc. Not with Google. They have everything labeled and their chef team is well versed in food allergies (prep, cross processing, contamination, etc). I was put at ease and able to enjoy my meals and good company with not an allergy worry in the sky (see what I did there Cloud Chasers and Clouds Like No Other) ;)

Stunning! I got shocked! I happened to pass by due to the curiosity and all of sudden I ran into a night heaven! ... with beautiful surrounding colorful lights, modern designs and breathtaking layout, I totally forgot myself! Nobody was here in such a quiet night at the weekend. I was alone in all these buildings and I am a girl! But I was not even afraid! Why should I? I was in wonderland!! I was so touched and I wanted to cry. I was deeply moved by such a magnificent tech giant, I felt the inspirational call, which leading human being and the world to evolve in this modern time! I am at the right place at right time! I am so glad I was here the night! Thank you Google!...

The Google Cloud complex is a modern administrative area, which provides not only office spaces but also a spacious outdoor area serving for relaxation, sport activities or eating out. Abundance of greenery encourage inspiration. There are bikes (Gbikes), which can be used to move around the area. Overall, I had a very pleasant impression...
