We ordered the Lobster Benedict — only to receive one with lobster, and the other with bacon. Not only was I never informed of this switch, but there was no mention of it on the menu either. I don’t eat bacon, and I never would have ordered it had I known. This felt misleading at best — and borderline deceptive. I chose not to make a scene, but the bacon was overpoweringly gamey and completely ruined the meal for me.

As a Marriott Platinum Elite member, I had a partial breakfast credit. However, the restaurant repeatedly miscalculated the taxes on my order. Despite the hotel front desk reporting the issue twice to the restaurant manager, the bill remained incorrect. I understand it was only $7 in taxes — but when my food totaled just $10, it raises serious questions. What kind of state charges 70% tax on a meal?

Honestly, I don’t want unnecessary drama during my trip, but this experience left a bad taste — both literally and figuratively. I might even consider reporting this inconsistency to the appropriate tax authority, because something just...

Finally a nice restaurant close to Google Sunnyvale MP offices! The restaurant is located in TETRA Hotel. Free self-parking was available with easy access. The ambience is modern, minimal and welcoming.

We decided to give this place a try and came with a party of 8. Everything looked delicious on the menu! We ordered the following dishes for the table:

Hamachi crudo - delicious with a little kick with Serrano pepper Trio hummus - must get! Local meat and artisan cheese - great for sharing Burrata - salsa verde with rustic bread Midnight roasted tomato fritters - nice touch with ricotta cheese sauce Crispy sesame shrimp - wasn't a huge fan but worth trying

For entree I got the red rice crusted branzino with side of mushrooms - I would order this again! Skin crispy and flaky with well balance flavor fregola caponata.

Fun time was had by everyone although the service was a bit slow due to short staff and they have just opened. They were accommodating and all the staff were trying their best. We will...

Adrestia’s menu is hard to find, so I’m sharing pics of the menu. They have crave worthy burgers but that's not all! It's attached to the Tetra, this is how I found it as I was staying here.

PRO: Delicious burgers Good steaks Perfect steak potatoes Good service: We LOVE Fernando! We kept coming back, like seeing an old friend who cooks for you and welcomes you like family!

CON: Have steak "undercooked" (see attached pic, was supposed to be Medium Rare but it's cooked Medium) Fingerlings are pretty but have no taste Limited items Limited hours

SUMMARY: I enjoyed eating here when I stayed at Tetra. I'm not sure if I'd go out of my way to eat here as it does have limited hours. But they are an excellent option when you're staying here! Bonus: Charge to your room IF you have Marriott's Bonvoy loyalty program to get even more bonus points!

High note: We LOVE Fernando! We kept coming back, like seeing an old friend who cooks for you and welcomes you...

Decor was great, menu was interesting, but the food was not executed well. Service was good but often difficult to find. Validated parking didn't work and still had to end up paying. For the food, crudo was oversalted. The lobster meat in the sandwich tasted quite old and stale, definitely wasn't fresh. Risotto was too heavy to eat much of due to the heavy cheese and no acid, garlic chips were extremely bitter (though the Brussels were good), mashed potatoes with the steak had a gluey consistency with little flavor, spinach was oversalted. Steak and other non potato elements were cooked well but lot of other issues.

The food was meh. Our coworkers ordered vegan pasta and it was so bland they refused to take a second bite. My fish was overcooked. The service was terrible. We got new people coming in, asking for a chair and the server just went missing. Then asked again, the server got the chair, then left without putting utensils for him. The appetizers took half an hour to arrive. My coworker's watermelon salad was left out and we asked twice before they even started making it. What an unimpressive restaurant.
