Reichert Jewelers — Attraction in Swanton

I originally came here looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend, now wife (she did say yes). A friend had recommended it to me because I wanted something a little smaller, and my friend told me this was a small, family owned business. It very much had that atmosphere, and I felt very well-cared-for as we found the perfect ring. The funny thing is, I originally wanted to get a pearl because my wife loves mermaids, so I thought it would be cool. They were able to talk me out of it as the main ring, because pearls are apparently very soft and cannot withstand long wear and tear the way diamonds can. When we came back later to get it resized, we were able to get a pearl ring as the “something new.” We came back about a month after I initially bought the ring, and it really meant a lot that they remembered that was something I had asked about.

Although I'm not much for buying jewelry very often, and my wife is not someone who wears a lot of it, if we ever need to look for some again, we will absolutely go here and I recommend this place to anyone looking either to get engaged or just some jewelry that you're looking to purchase from people who want to make sure you are taken care of and are not just looking to make a sale. Wost customer service! Owner has an attitude before you even walk through half of the store! Would not reccomend this store to anyone unless you want to be treated like dirt! I had never been treated so badly at a local business. Just go to kay jewlers or big time store if you want customer service. I had no idea businesses can treat people that poorly.
