Had an Intoxalock Device installed here. If you’re trying to do the same, DONT!!! Intoxalock as a company is a joke. Numerous violations with the equipment, battery died, replaced battery. Week later car just cranks, no start. After the 3rd tow to the shop to repair my car, Sooner Tv hit me with a 240 dollar charge, just to go out to the other mechanic to unhook the device. These “people” care nothing about you or your situation! I told the owner Anthony to come unhook the device, only to be told it would cost 150 dollars to get out of their system and that he’s pissed because my car has costed his shop three days work. After buying a new home with a built-in sound system / speakers, we asked them for a consult to help us determine what we needed to make it all work. They came by on a Thursday, did the inspection, received their payment, and told us they'd have a report for us the following Monday or Tuesday (5 days). This entire experience of a car stereo installation was very concerning. They failed to let me know an appointment has been cancelled. Took a few days to get a reschedule. Stereo was then improperly installed, issues with back up camera, gps and phone not pairing. Fees were high with no guarantee. The unit failed to reset so we had to replace it. Finally took it to another installer. He said the wiring was incorrectly done. All is well now, lower cost, and a guarantee of service quality. Totally bad experience...
