Anybody else? As I was walking through the kitchen in the jail, I felt something tug on my shirt tail. It felt like I had caught it on something. I stopped and turned to look but I was in the middle of the room and there was nothing to catch it on. It startled me for a second but I continued touring. As we were leaving we spoke to one the employees and he mentioned that there have been ghost encounters. I immediately got chills. I explained what had happened and the employee was not surprised.
