I’m a Bahamian living in Tampa, Florida and was really needing to create a few treats from home for my birthday yesterday. I wanted to make Bahamian Potato Bread and Gully Wash.
I found my white sweet potatoes (aka Boniato) and my fresh coconut water and coconut jelly at Coco Frio, one of my go to spots for fresh authentic produce and products. I got some tangy tamarind too… not the sweet ones.
