Mad Chiller World is going to squeeze every dollar out of you as they provide you with a great atmosphere. Most expensive kratom in Tampa Bay with the smallest sized “doubles/singles” around. Not a bad quality kratom, but you can find much better deals for similar quality at every other place. Water is $3 when its free at every other Kava bar. Rentry to paid music events is limited to one. Most nightlife does not do that. Theyre trying to provide a nightlife music venue Kava bar, doing a pretty good job setting it, but they will make sure you’re spending the same if not more than an alcoholic nightlife venue. Overall, I dont recommend it. You're better off buying kratom somewhere else and going to a separate music venue with one or more better qualities than this place
Response to owner comments: I have never been served anywhere near a 16oz/24 oz serving for singles or double here. If that's what you believe, I strongly suggest reviewing this with your employes as that is what is chronically not happening. As stated, there are places with worse quality kratom, but I wouldn't say you have close to the best (opinions are subjective things, but I'm sure no one is going to tell you directly that you have only okay kratom). I would also be hesitant to compare yourself to the Ritz that is a extravagent nightlife venue. They charge $4, but even they allow rentry. I would spare the extra $1 a water for that and what they generally provide. You have the freedom to believe your product is comparable to the Ritz, but you have to understand that you're not close to them yet in your business pursuits. I certainly wish the best...
Read moreMad Chiller World is super cozy in the daytime, and super fun at night. I drink a lot of kava and frequent different kava spots, but Chillers stands out in its quality and atmosphere... and it doesn't just stop with the great drinks and friendly kavatenders.
The beef empanadas are my favorite food to order off their menu, and the pesto flatbread never disappoints. Chillers hosts frequent events from chess tournaments, Monday open mic nights, to awesome weekend EDM shows that go on til 5am. Depending on the time of day/week, I can choose to do a full day of work on the comfy couches, dance around in the or sit on a soft floor pillow in front of the low coffee tables to enjoy my drinks with friends.
In the month that I've been frequenting Chillers, I've already met a lot of cool people, both customers and kavatenders. V, Dylan, Connor and everyone else (including the owners!) have been so welcoming, making sure to always say hello to me and catching up with me when I come in.
It's definitely a place where so many different types of people come in and all have...
Read moreI’ve come here a handful of times, a couple events and on regular nights. The drinks are okay, very pricey. Bula definitely has stronger product. The kavatenders are nice and the owner seems hospitable. I’ve noticed they allow what looks like homeless people sleep here?? Not sure what that’s about but it’s starting to look more like a drug den than a kava bar. Also, there security are downright creepy and make me and my girlfriends feel uncomfortable. Not sure if their security even has proper licensing… Just weird vibes overall. It’s a shame cause the space is so cool. Don’t come here if you try to live a sober lifestyle. Parking lot always...
