If I Could Give ZERO Stars I Would! WARNING LONG REVIEW I Do Not Recommend The GFWC Tampa Woman's Club To Any Of My Family And Friends. It Was A Very Beautiful Building. But The Staff Is Very Rude, Unpleasent, And Unprofessional. I Received A Call Today From Their Office Receptionpst Millie, Stating That They Will Be Keeping $100 Of My Deposit. She Explained That In The Contract Due To Me Not Submitting A Floor Plan, I Have To Forfeit $100 Of My Deposit. I Pulled Up My Contract And Called Her Back And Expained No Where In The Contract To I See This Information. She Told Me To Refer To #9 In The Contract. Information Still Not Listed. I Was Then Told It Was At The Discretion Of The Building! I Remained Calmed While Continuosly Being Told Stop Getting Upset I’m Getting Upset, And Being Made To Be This Iterate Aggressor . And She’s Now The Victim. I Was Told I’ll Receive A Call Back From The Manager. 10mins Later I Recieved A Call From The Treasurer Kathy. She States They Had To Pay Extra For Someone To Pull Tables And Do A Reset Because I Did Not Submit A Floor Plan. I Went Over The Contract With Her And It Clearly State If We Don’t Provide A Floor Plan 5 Days Prior We Would Be Responsible For Providing Our Own Tables. I Explained To Her Millie Called Me Friday The Event Was Sunday She Never Mentioned This. Her Response She Was Doing Me A Favor By Having The Man Still Pull The Tables. So Now I’m Resonsbile For The Lack Of Knowledge Of Their Employee And The Excuetive Decision She Made. Oh Not To Mention The Lack Of Communication!! What Makes It So Much Worse We Were Out Of The Building Way Before The Contract Time And We Went Above And Beyond To Clean The Building. But They Are Still Trying To Find A Reason To Take Some Of My Money. I’ve Asked To Speak With The Building Manger And Also The President! My Event Coodrinator Has Even Tried To Reason With The Staff Because She Too Was Also Given The Run Around And Tge Wrong Information. She Was At The Building FRIDAY SETTING UP! None Of What Is Being Mentioned Now Was Mentioned To Her. Now I’m Being Told Because I’m Fighting For My Money Because Of Their Mistake. Nice kitchen, old furniture in the reception and dining room, I heard what the one night rent and its outlandish glad it wasn't my money, limited parking, minimum outdoor lighting, the food was catered and good.
