Let me begin my saying that the owner Karina is very unprofessional. Let me explain everything that happened . I had been going there for about 2 months & was happy with my lash tech Sally but I started to see she wasn’t filling each side evenly so I told her about or & it kept happening so I went to the inert & got them done. Let’s me say that was the worst decision I ever made. I walked in to get my lashes done & I had some good with me & I didn’t even think to eat it I just set it down so I could get to my lashes then I’d eat but Karina said I could take a few bites so that’s what I did. Then rushed me to sit down 20 seconds later after telling me to take a few minutes to eat. Not only did she not even do anything close to what I wanted & rushed through my lashes to get them done,she had her daughter there as a receptionist & I had a friend come & sit with me. No one thing I just be clear about yes he was a little underdressed but that shouldn’t matter at all but it did to them. Anyways Karina the owner & her daughter & my friend all got into a heated political conversation & not only did they all get mad Karina intentionally messed up on my eyelashes & I say that as a compliment because if she didn’t do it intentionally then she need to just be the owner. I meanwhile didn’t say a single word about anything there were discussing. Karina was so unprofessional having such a conversation & even getting heated to being with. Your a owner in south Tampa not in east Tampa. So meanless to say she didn’t want me back after that & said that my friend was the reason I wasn’t allowed back because of his opinion on politics & also because I ate my food AFTER SHE TOLD ME TO & I TOLD HER NO SHE STILL INSISTED SO I TOOK A FEW BITES JUST GOR HER TO SAY 20 SECONDS LATER TO SIT DOWN.That lady is obviously on drugs. I made sure for her to refund me but told me I wasn’t welcomed back because of what the 3 of then had gotten heated about. I am so disappointed in such a place. So if you don’t want drama or any of that when you go please don’t let The owner Karina do your lashes. The pictures I will upload will speak volumes of the work she did & also let me add I had to go the next day to do my eyelashes after she had just did them. The new lady too pictured & every single one of my lashes were together & not evenly separated & were not able to breath basically & were mushed together & were all uneven & all over the place going in every direction as you’ll see in the pictures. Again that is the very next day . Very very unprofessional . In the 3rd to last photo you’ll see my new lash tech pick a lash with 3 different classics on one single lash . So please please think before going to Karina . Again not knocking the other lash techs...

My first time in the location was on 2/12. I was thrilled to see how clean, bright, and inviting it was. As a seasoned, daily lash wearer, I was super excited to start a new artist-especially since I got such great vibes walking in. My lash artist was Tallia. She was efficient, friendly, and easy to talk to. I got an initial volume set and I was initially mostly happy with my results. (they were not as full as my previous artist, but I liked them.) However, by the very next day, half of my right eye was missing. Some might expect this kind of loss with an inexperienced lash wearer, but in the 2+ years I've had my lashes done, they NEVER looked like this. I shared my dissatisfaction over a week later because I was traveling out of state for work. When I called no one was able to answer, so I left a message. I was not rude and I did not yell, I simply explained why I was very upset. However, no one reached out; my artist was the owner. That seemed peculiar. Based on the handling of my complaint and the poor products used, it appears that they do not want or need my business. We could've had a great relationship as I get my volume lashes filled every 3 weeks. I will go elsewhere. Pictures from...

More than their amazing treatments, I’m blown away by their outstanding customer service! Yesterday I went in for my very first lash lift & tint and decided to add on a brow lamination. This morning however, I woke up to lashes that dried overly curled and were slightly erratic, pointing in a couple different directions. Just like any other service, each person’s lashes are unique and mine just responded a lot to the treatment. I called with my concerns and they fit me in right away. Flawlessly, Adam relaxed my lashes for the perfect curl, just as I had explained I wanted. He even threw in a brow threading on the house. Adam patiently took the time to show me how to properly style my new fab brows and even offered up some recommendations for great products/services to treat my occasional acne blemishes. I think the way a company handles their customer service speaks volumes about their character; I will definitely be returning...
