Florish offers the best and most delicious plant-based food. Don't be intimidated by the idea of it, as it's worth trying even if you're not vegan. You'll surely appreciate the tasty food, welcoming hospitality, positive atmosphere, and overall cleanliness of the establishment. We looked at the menu of Pizza and Bowls and ultimately settled on the Jersey Girl Pizza and Buffalo Soul. We were indecisive about which cookie to choose, so we ended up ordering both the Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate Pretzel Cookie, and the Chocolate Chunk Coconut Cookie. Finally, we opted for an organic iced tea in the Pineapple Mango flavor. Keith, the owner, warmly welcomed us with a smile and shared the history of Florish. He gladly answered all our questions and checked on our dining experience throughout the meal. He even ensured that the cookies we received were freshly heated in the oven. It was clear that he was pleased to hear that we enjoyed our second visit to his establishment. The staff was also courteous and the restaurant was well-maintained. The pizza from Jersey Grill was delectable with a thin crust and mouthwatering flavors. My spouse and I felt like we were eating pizza straight from India. The Buffalo Soul Bowl was also fantastic - delicious and perfect for one person. We both enjoyed the cookies, which were loaded with chocolate and had a great taste. We were glad we decided to get both instead of just one. We will definitely return to Florish for more delicious food and recommend it to our friends. Upon reviewing their website, I discovered that Florish's mission is to cultivate a welcoming environment where individuals can enjoy plant-based cuisine. Based on my personal experience, they've achieved this goal with great success. I offer my good wishes to Florish for their dedication and hard work. Without a doubt, Florish is the ideal destination for those seeking delectable plant-based fare in Tampa.

Read moreA friend of mine told me to meet him at this new Vegan restaurant in South Tampa- named Florish. It’s just south of the Publix on on Dale Mabry same sde of the road. My daughter introduced me to the Plant Based lifestyle so I was really excited to visit Florish, and as soon as I walked in, a gentleman greeted me with a warm welcome that he was TRULY glad I was there. Lo and behold, it was the Owner Keith, he asked if I had ever a been there before? I said no, but I told him how clean and vibrant the restaurant looked. It is the perfect way to describe the food. Clean, Vibrant and Fresh. I was alone and he took it upon himself to explain the menu boards, and how you order which was so easy. Between his passion and Pride, I asked Keith to select me a few of his favorites… I told you it was so easy! the Pizzas, bowls, and Gluten free pizzas were being prepared for some other customers. Keith selected the MARGHERITA Pizza and the SAUSAGE PESTO pizza, and Loaded Potato wedges(all Plant Based) I’m not sure what I enjoyed more, the Hospitality, or the food. Oh, he brought me a couple of warm homemade cookies before the pizzas came out. Why I thought? because he is the owner of a restaurant that he is excited and so proud of. Everything made from scratch, daily with beautiful toppings. I guess the thing that gave me goosebumps was how he was teaching, and coaching this new young cook with patients and Passion. If you ever just want to feel good. Visit Florish for the entire experience Food, Service Cleanliness, Atmosphere, Ambiance, and Hi Morale. I would encourage you to try it, and I would send my children to go and work there. When I was leaving, he introduced me to his wife Jill who was doing an interview, and then cooking when I was leaving. I never write restaurant reviews, but this is a people review, that just so happens to have a beautiful, clean, flavorful and KIND environment. Keith and Jill I wish you all the success in the world...

They mainly have a variety of pizzas (gluten free crust is available) and bowls. Both pizzas and bowls are offered pre-build or can be customized to your liking with given ingredients options (and the options are really cool).
There were my boyfriend and I, and we ordered 2 pizzas (sausage pesto and Jersey girl), 2 custom bowls and loaded potatoes with buffalo and ranch sauces. Pizza comes in 4 slices each. Not too much toppings on top but it tastes great. The crust is on a crunchy side, which we liked.
The owner was coming to customers table to check our experience with the food (which is a good sign of care). The employees are polite and look neat and professional.
The place is small but clean.
The only downside of our experience was the salt amount in the food. Note here is that we are sensitive to salty food in general. I know it’s usually pretty high anywhere we go out (I would say 8 out of 10 places overuse salt in all dishes). This place was definitely one of the 8.
Otherwise, amazing...
