I have been to this "nail salon" about 5 times first time was a great experience the other 2 not so much I felt rushed and nails were not as nicely done as my first time but was going to try it one last time and I am completely flabbergasted at the service that I was given I walked in and asked if the nail design could be done on my hands and toes and was told no problem they did the pedicure well but when it came to color they couldn't get it right even after walking around with my phone and the picture to everyone in the room they still could not get it right they put a opaque white and not the transparent white that I wanted in the picture and then a green blue nail polish that was not going to match my nails smh but whatever at that point I was like I can just repaint them so relax and enjoy the rest of your time you paid for but then a women comes in and is setting up a table with balloons and her products the manger is selling her wine to use in the thing that she is putting on tieing balloons on the chairs around me and the on my chair as they are rushing me to get out of the chair for a service that I am paying for so unprofessional but I was like I really wanted my nails done so I decided very unfortunately to stay and let them finish as I was promised beautiful nails so before sitting down I am told of the women's hand injury's and how badly it was acting up that day and to "work with her" so me being in pain myself and feeling for someone else's pain said ok no problem I am not a heartless person quite the contrary but as I was saying sat down and was game to help this women out then she commenced to ripping my nails off with a artificial nail I have never seen or been treated like that and never has a nail salon in well let's just say it's been since 2001 that I've been getting my nails done so u do the math never has this been done to me before and as she was ripping my nails off she asked me to help and apply pressure so I did not feel the pain she also stated that if she knew I had tips on my nails in the beginning that they would have soak them off smh as I sat there and allowed her to rip off the nails and eventually the skin on my thumb and make it bleed I kept an image of the beautiful picture that I brought with me thinking that it would be all okay I was then talked into dipping my nails even though I had wanted gel as the picture had shown I feel that I was asked to dip my nails because they were overbooked with this side business party and also they wanted to take on more customers so to get rid of me as quickly as possible they dipped my nails telling me that it would achieve the effect that I was asking for with a beautiful shape and as I as down for anything to achieve the same look I agreed I was told that they could not do certain things as the two two tone color on the middle finger and I told them that the solid color would be fine the design was told to me that it would be somewhat similar I was fine with a beautiful different design but there was no beauty to be seen it was rushed and she didn't care didn't even have the time to cap the gel dip with clear and sand it down to try and fix her messed up dip job I really don't think that what I asked for was that hard of a job to do and for about 58$ for these nails is ridiculous Its really not even about the price because I would have paid anything happily and even delt with all the rest if it if the job was done well I will not be returning this time I just wanted to post this to let people know so that they do not get used also first pic is of the service that I received from them pic taken as I was walking out and the beautiful set is what I wanted o and PS when I zoomed into the picture at home there are little black hairs every where embedded into the dip job Ewwwww SMH have a nice day...
Read moreworst nail place i’ve ever been to. first of all i made an appt online which apparently doesn’t mean anything because i didn’t have to check in or anything so that was weird. i asked for a soak off because my current set have been on way too long. soak off went fine but it went downhill rafter that. i asked to have my natural nails cut down because they had gotten so long and then have new nail enhancements put on. i thought that was a simple request but i guess not. he went ahead and put a fake nail on a broken nail that i had. i told him i wanted the fake nails on all my nails because i want them long and he just kept saying he’ll do an “acrylic overlay” so he just started doing that. after he fixed the broken nail i pointed to the box of nails and i said i want that on all my nails but nope now im left with short and stubby nails. he seemed annoyed that i wanted a soak off in the first place so i had just planed on dealing with it because i wasn’t in the mood to argue even though i knew i was going to hate them. total for that was $77 which seemed crazy since i did not get the fake nails i asked for just “acrylic overlay”. sign outside says “20% off all services”. they must only have that hanging just so people will come in and then not actually give you the 20% off. so basically i spent close to $100 after tipping and i’m left with the ugliest nails i’ve ever had....
Read moreThe worst experience. The salon has nail polishes all over with no real organization. A shelf sitting right in front of two water fountains? Then I ask for a soak off and full set. As my fingers are wrapped in acetone a woman walks in and says she has a 1pm appt. The man up front looks around and tells her to wait “15 minutes”. The woman complained rightfully so that she made an appt and couldn’t wait. This man stops working with me and leaves me sitting there to take her. He tells me to wait another 10. I assured him I’m also on a schedule and he took me when I came in so his scheduling problem isn’t my issue. 15 minutes went by and my fingers are still in acetone with no sign someone is remotely ready to take over what he started. I asked how much longer and he said 10 more minutes. At that point I had to ask him to remove the acetone off my hands because it had been well over 20 minutes and my nails were going to get damaged. He ripped it off and didn’t ask ne to wash my hands or file them. On top of it all, he walks over to one of the manicurist gets right next to her and tells her to hurry up!! While that poor woman was working on another client. He was telling her to rush because he messed up. So incredibly demeaning!I had to walk over to wash them and simply left. My nails...
