Chef Israel and his wife Aylen were fantastic from the moment that we book them for our event. They were eager to please us with every need that we might have, from dietary restrictions, allergies or any other special request, they were on top of it. The day of our special day they showed up with everything that they would need including a special smoke grill for one of the dishes. The food was out of this world and every guest was wowed by the experience!. Aylen was also on every detail making sure that everyone of our guests had a good experience during dinner. Book them without hesitation, you won't go wrong with them! We'll definitely book them again and again for future events....

This was my first experience with a private chef. We rented an Airbnb and Chef Israel came to cook for my wife and I. I had high expectations however, Chef Israel exceeded those as he was friendly, easy going, informative, and genuinely easy to talk to. His food that he created was artistic visually and the taste and quality was extraordinary. We were able to have a high end five star meal without sitting at a restaurant with a bunch of people. If you’ve never had a private chef, this is the way to go and Chef Israel is the one to get. He made the entire night phenomenal and I will jump at the opportunity to do this again. We spent a 60th birthday celebration with 8 dear friends in Anna Maria Island and had 4 nights of fabulous cocktails, appetizers, dinners and desserts prepared with love by Chef Mora and his beautiful wife who made our trip unforgettable. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol or eat meat, they went out of their way to accommodate us on the menu with special mocktails and cocktails and a pre printed super creative menu for the meat and non meat eaters. The various themes were French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese and the attention to detail was so impressive. They went above and beyond for our group and we were so grateful for their time, effort and delicious food! ...
