Regal Guam — Attraction in Tamuning Municipality

we purchased tickets for christmas day as we are far away from home (military) and were looking for a way to distract from homesickness. our tickets were purchased in advance so we could plan feeding/wake schedule with our infant for 1:10 pm Mufasa (tickets attached to show time). when we arrived at 1 pm to purchase snacks we were guided to the theater with no mention that the time had CHANGED (???) to 1:50. We sat through the end of the previous mufasa showing thinking it had run late. When we finally went to ask staff what was happening the manager said “oh they changed the time”. Who is “they” and why would they change a time for a christmas day movie and not inform ticket purchasers or at least mention it upon arrival? The manager gave us tickets for another time but we will not be returning, as there will be no way to be sure of the correct time. Thank you for adding to the pessimism of our first christmas...

This place is struggling to stay alive. We visited this location 2 times on this trip to Guam (OCT 2022) And since our last trip back in October 2021, it has greatly decrease in maintenance and upkeep. Though the staff is super friendly and eager to provide you platinum over priced concessions to distract you from the inside conditions of the theater, It's hard to miss some very obvious signs of neglect. Chairs are worn out, the walls or roof have been leaking and gone unrepaired in some of the theaters, especially theater 12 which has mold starting to show from behind the curtains and smells like an old musty basement. As Guam receives a lot of local revenue and I understand the pandemic greatly impacted the local economy.. It may be time for Regal to invest a little bit in order to not give any further negative impressins that will leave an even larger economic impact to further...

this place is NASTY as hell. The floors were sticky, popcorn was on every chair we looked at + the ground, the chairs were gross & looked like they were being eaten by a monster, and the staff doesn’t even clean the restrooms. Before my other half and i went to sit for the movie, we asked the staff if they’re sure that the movie is showing in the right room because of how dirty it was ++ we told the staff that it needs to be cleaned, all they did was barely sweep the popcorn at the door 😐

also need to mention that the staff are friendly, but they barely accommodate you. all they do is talk to each other and go on their phones.

i use to complain about tango theatres (called MM theatres now), but tonight made me realize that I prefer that...
