Resonare Guam Waterpark — Attraction in Tamuning Municipality

First is this place has zip lines which are included but it is slow especially if a long line. I loved zip lining. The lazy river is nice but cud use redecorating of the scenery. This place needs a huge face lift. We bought tickets with lunch only $25/adult the lunch is chomorro fusion chicken beef rice and salad it was a ton of food abd was not bad at all. The downsides were not any slides or rides for my 5 year old. I didnt go to tge beach but it looks beautiful. The kids and myself all have blisters from the hot pavement. I dont remember any waterpark ive ever visited burning my feet so bad. I would return but maybe in a year or so after I have forgotten how un enlightened I was about this place. Ih and in Guam style the slides abd zip line crew take lunch breaks. 12-1 for slides and 1-2 for zip lines. So make sure u go real early or late or have 2 hours to kill. Also I have to say they need new mats for slides. Some were new but others were torb to shreds. We visited Aug 23rd and not many ppl but still had to wait for a mat which is used to go...

While the waterpark itself was fun, the staff treated my friends and I horribly. They openly belittled and made fun of my friends weight. Inappropriatly bringing up "safety concerns in regards to their weight" with crude gestures, no discretion taken whatsoever. Then proceeded to apologize for our feelings rather than their actions when concerns were brought up (to multiple staff members and a supervisor). When we attempted to educate them on how disrespectful and hurtful their actions came across as they simply brushed us aside and said they already apologized so the issue was handled. No efforts were put in to ensure staff won't repeat these same actions with future guests. Overall, I am very disappointed in how they handled the situation and how they treat...

None of the pictures online describe this place. It's very run down, beds are horrible unless you like sleeping on concrete. You can walk to the island out there, but there is definitely better places to look at while on the island. Dont really have 1 good thing to say about this place. I stayed here, the Sheraton, the royal orchid, the hilton, and the Weston. The hilton has the best breakfast, the Weston had the most comfy beds, the Sheraton had the biggest room. Take your pic. If I come back to guam I will definitely not stay here at the onward...
