Coffee places like Port of Mocha, Chatime, bestseller Cafe, and ultra comfort Cinnabon. Ice cream greats like Haagen Dasz and Cold stone can cool your days. Restaurants aren't scarce, the external ones like Kings, Ruby Tuesdays, Applebee's, Longhorn Steakhouse, Gourmet Guam, Ihop and Aji-sen on the corner make the list. The food court below has Taco Bell Subway Panda Express Sbarro Auntie Anne’s Charley’s Philly Steaks KFC Imperial Garden Hong Kong Wok Aji-Ichi Mongo Mongo (Mongolian BBQ)

An ABC store is also on location.

It's up to date ,conveniently located with Banks and Restaurants literally right next door. If your not picky and just want to eat and basically just relax a little, check out the food court at GPO. The Guam Post office:Tamuning Branch is really close, Gas station, Tire shop,..., you get the picture. GPO's the place to be! Anniversary coming up? You didn't hear it from me , there's a f r e e shuttle bus to the Tumon Sands Plaza. You never know, might get a good deal at Tiffanys or other luxury brand goodies! Tamuning, shopping mall with free parking. Lots of people shopping looking for clothing, toys, gifts, souvenirs. Bookstore inside is called Bestseller which has a small cafe selling coffee and macarons upon availability. There's a small, free, playground for kids but shoes must be taken off. There's always display area which has balloons, lights, for holidays coming up. Downstairs is food court and seating area to eat. Outside the building is Cold stone creamery for ice cream.
