Today was my first experience in having to return a product. I was helped by Leah who went above and beyond any of my expectations. The previous day I had taken advantage of a sale that gave me 50% off my entire purchase if I purchased 7 items. I ordered 7 of the 3.5 gram units of flower in different strains. I failed to check the THC % at the store and when I arrived at my house I noticed it was 8% lower than what had been listed online. I did not open anything but was bummed out and went back the next morning. Leah and her manager Lisa worked something out where I could do a straight exchange with the 4 units that I didnât want with ones I did with a THC% that I wanted in a more desirable strain at no extra cost to me. This is excellent customer service, I was unaware that even though they were unopened returned flower does have to be destroyed. I had intended to just return all 7 items as I was sour on the ordeal (all my own fault) and they absolutely made my day and less product had to be destroyed. Please remember the trulieve staff works incredibly hard dealing with all of their online orders, walk inâs, constantly changing price points because they offer so many different sales. It is our job as customers to make sure our orders are exactly what we expect before they are labeled. If they are not the staff at this location will bend over backwards to help you get what you want. This way flower doesnât have to be destroyed. I love the convienence of pre-ordering on-line it expedites your transaction. I recommend utilizing their on-line pre-order and signing up for their text alerts. You find out all of the events that are going on. My last experience was even more beneficial for both my health and my financial limitations at this time. My Customer Service Representative Nora at the Tarpon Springs location is an absolute life saver. Nora went above and beyond to try her very best to meet my medical and financial needs. I asked if there was any Ground available and not only did she check the counters but she went in the back to discuss it with the manager on duty.    Read moreQuite literally the worst Trulieve location I've been to. I cannot tell you how much time I've wasted here. They consistently only have 1 singular budtender working. Placing an express order is pointless because the employees will ignore that you checked in and you'll never recieve the text to come inside. Time and time again I've been looked at and BLATANTLY ignored by employees while they converse amongst themselves or ignore me for 10-20 min to have a completely unrelated and irrelevant conversation with another customer. I understand being nice to your customers but when you're ignoring someone for 10+ minutes theres no excuse. It's been like this every single time I come here and its beyond frustrating. Even if theres only one person waiting in the lobby in front of you they somehow manage to make you wait upwards of 20 min. I suggest going literally anywhere else.
