Horrible Customer Service. The first couple of months after they opened was fine. Then I started having issues with the orders such as not getting food that I ordered and paid for, getting cheese on hamburgers that I specifically asked for no cheese, getting fries instead of onion rings, etc. Then it turned into issues at the drive thru. I would pull up and be asked to hold on. Meanwhile 3 cars in the other lane placed their orders and moved forward while I'm still being asked to wait. This happened multiple times. Today was the last straw and will be my last time going to this location. I placed my order at the drive thru. My order included 4 sausage biscuits and 2 large hash browns among other items. The employee asked what kind of sausage biscuits I wanted, ham, bacon or sausage. Uhh, just sausage, please. Lol... I pull up to pay and ask her to repeat the order because the total seemed low. Sure enough, she left off the 2 orders of hash browns. She corrected it and I paid. I pull up to the next window and the next employee was waiting with my food. Although this employee was friendly, I knew the order wasn't correct because they didn't even have time to put the hash browns that were just added in the bag. She was able to quickly get the hash browns to correct the order and I was on my merry way back home. Get home, and notice my sausage biscuits....had no sausage.... So off I go to get the correct food. I go inside BK this time. I tell them what happened and they gave me 4 correct biscuits. I asked for a coupon for my inconvenience. They tried to give me 3 coupons of buy a drink, get a free sandwich, or something like that. This is a coupon they give to everybody so I told them that was not sufficient. I shouldn't have to pay more money to get something comped. The girl threw the coupons back in the stack and told the other employee that I didn't want them. At that time I asked for a manager. The two women replied at the same time, we are managers. One of them went to the back and got another employee, who I guess is a manager since everyone that works here is a manager apparently. She told me they do not give coupons to dissatisfied customers. I requested a refund or more food since now all the other food was cold. She slammed 2 drink cups on the counter and gave me 2 more sausage biscuits. Approximately $3.50 worth of comped food. Read moreWe had stopped going to this location because the service was horrible. A few months ago we gave it another try and it was great. Today we ordered on the app and ate in. We purchased two senior sodas with cash at the store. My wife had her Stanley and poured her drink into it three times. The person behind the counter started screaming at us so the whole restaurant could hear that she was not allowed to do that with a "value drink" 1. We did not know that was a BK rule. 2. When we were there a few weeks ago we asked the guy behind the counter if she could do that and he said "sure". 3. If it is a rule, we totally understand and have no problem with it, but this employee was incredibly rude and embarrassed my wife for no reason. All she had to do was come to our table (The counter had no customers then) and quietly ask not to do that. We would have understood. As we were leaving I stopped at the counter to tell her that yelling at us from across the store was rude. She got very snippy and started telling me about other people doing the same thing. Well, that is not our problem or our responsibility. I told her it does not say anywhere that we can't do that, but we are ok if it is the rule. She continued to be rude and snippy. I asked for her name and she would not give it to me. Then she told me she was not the manager, so I asked for her. The manager came over and I repeated what I had said very politely. She never once said there was that rule and barely offered an apology. Like I wrote above, we have no problem following store policy, but you do not treat customers that poorly. We will not be setting foot in that store again as we will not do business with that person or that manager. Note: Managers who were on duty the other times we have been there, and have been going weekly as an outing with our grandson, have been terrific. The whole order was WRONG. Not only was it wrong .. it WAS NOT FRESH or made to order or EDIBLE… it was sitting for awhile to be served… I asked for NO tomato’s, mayo, ketchup on every whopper and chicken wrap. All of them had the opposite. Not only that. The chicken wrap? I could laugh. It was filled with lettuce and HALF a piece of nasty soggy chicken.
I called and spoke to a Makayla who is supposed to be the “manager” at this place. Lol I don’t know how they give these positions to people like makayla but that’s a different story. After running home TWICE to get the “ticket” and receipt just for a refund; even though the girl at the window remembered who we were and the exact change that was given we still needed a ticket - AND ALSO THE FOOD just for a refund.
we return with the food and receipt. Makayla decides that the most Ethical thing to do was refund only $35 to me and not the full amount just because there were 3 nuggets missing from the kids meal! 3 nuggets and a cookie! after all - we had the receipt and alllllllll the food brought back … miss Makayla the “manager” thought $5 is worth losing customers over just because there were 3 nuggets missing from the bag. LOL Which I can assure anyone I would not even allow my kids to eat after what I witnessed the food being the most disgusting thing I ever seen.
This store must really be hurting. Anyone who reads this please save yourself the trouble and don’t come here and waste your time . If you want to get sick from eating here. Cool. But make sure you save yourself every receipt AND every single piece of French fry or even the lettuce from your burger or manager Makayla will deduct $$ from...
