The sales team at the Tarpon Springs store was very helpful, Although they did not have in stock The mattress that I wanted but was able to substitute a different mattress to accommodate My needs and they gave me a great price on it...Well my mattress was delivered when the delivery guys got here they took my Old mattresses out and promptly loaded them onto a truck Then came in and asked me if I had a pair of pliers to remove the headboard from my bedframe with that I said I don’t have any tools that’s why I paid you $150 to remove and install my new mattress little while one went out meantime I went in the garage to see if I can find any tools gave them back than what I had the other guy found a pair of pliers or a wrench took the guy about a 15 minutes to undo the headboard, then Another 15 Minutes to try to assembled the adjustable base and proceeded to tell me that the base is damaged and they can’t put the bed together so my choices are take the mattress with no bass and put it on the floor or take my old mattresses out of the truck of which there’s no way I’m going to sleep on those old mattresses That have been thrown in the back of a truck so I told them to take everything Back, Totally unprofessional and to charge $150 and show up with no tools to assemble things to say the least I’m not happy because now I have no bed in my room to sleep on....So now day for after they took my mattress I’m still waiting for my money to get back into my account so I can purchase a new mattress in the meantime I’m sleeping on the floor because now they’re saying it’s going to take at least 10 days for the money to get back into my account they can take the money in one day but they can’t give it back to you for 10 days so now I have to wait to get money back so I can purchase a new mattress in the meantime I’m sleeping on the floor thank you for nothing...

I still feel a large company like this should have had better measures / disaster recovery processes in place to account for similar issues, but hind site is always 20/20 I guess. Either way,

Good experience in the store, but very Poor experience with shipping / Delivery. On day of delivery seemed with there computer messups which caused multiple customers address, phone number, and orders to get crossed. I was at first getting information about another address. Delivery drives calling me to tell me they were at my price, but they were at another place Called the store to resolve this, in the end when the correct truck came to my place, they had only 50% of my order correct. They had my adjustable frame but not the queen mattress, instead they had a king mattress. They promised me that they could have it to my place tomorrow, but not today. I however already removed my old bedding, so I didn't have a bed to sleep on for the night. I feel they could have offered something more, or seemed more concerned, as when I told them my wife just wanted to cancel the order, they simply said .. "well, I can process that cancelation if that's what you want" .. I realize they were dealing with alot of messup maybe, but the fact is that I don't feel like I was compensated for the stores/warehouses screwup and i'm suffering for this, not the company I...

We purchased a queen bed tempur adapt 11-in medium queen prime mattress. Also we bought the temper ergo 3.0 adjustable base adjacent queen prime it turns out they were both on a big sale with the rebates and whatnot I can't believe the money we saved right off the bat I can think it was like $400 well maybe $600 actually and then we used their suggestion on getting their credit card which gave us no interest for 12 months and as a gift they give us a $300 gift card how the hell can you beat that deal I'm so excited I can't hide it I can't wait for our new bed to get rid of this other piece of crap we bought from nectar stay away from that brand horrible in fact they're in class action All right enjoy your weekend just wanted to know how I felt....
