I have been ordering Uber eats from here for a long time, and I always get the same thing 10 breaded garlic parm wings all flappers, and spinach and artichoke dip. This time whoever is responsible for bagging my order put the wrong wings in the bag.. idk how they can get 10 garlic parm wings mixed up with 5 hot wings and their containers are see through… I’m a little disappointed because I was looking forward to having my correct order. Not Uber eats fault at all, they picked up the correct bag with the correct receipt stapled to the bag, the person who bagged it wasn’t paying attention.. they need to pay attention to the orders they are bagging because when people are HANGRY like I am and want their correct order.. it’s not fun. Took a pic of the wings I got and my receipt. I ate the 2 flats that were in the container, but these are definitely NOT 10 garlic parm wings. I called and asked if I can just drive back myself and get my correct wings and they said I would have to go back through Uber eats… I would have been glad to bring back this wrong order and pick up my correct order myself…. This is my first time having an issue with them… food is really good I’m just Hangry that’s all.. and was looking forward to the right wings.

Unfortunately I have to give this restaurant a lower rating than average. We all were seated fairly quickly, as we where seated our drinks n food were taken, except that my second drink hadn't been brought out yet, 10 minutes later and still no drink, I don't normally ask but we were basically the last customer coming in... So it's not busy. Your cleaning tables... I'm staring at you... Can I have my soda? Either way another 10 minutes and I got my soda finally... Atmosphere is nice, sorta sports bar, sorta open outside kinda thing going on, bathrooms where very clean, prices where a bit high but I'm sure that's no thanks to Biden... Ehhh what can I say expect the quesadillas where 💯 👌 Perfect!! We loose stars on the unnecessary wait for a drink and we loose points because I walked to bar for another drink well after Diner at the arcade, bar tender saw we walking up and left for the bacroom, had to go to outside bar for drink service. Points off. Not bad place... Small parking lot.... Ehhhh ⚖ 😔 In my picture there is NO ONE at the bar.... The bar is money.... Always someone at the bar... Never leave someone to walk away unserved!! There were a few issues, some from service, and some from the restaurant it's self. Sat ourselves on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Was greeted in 5 minutes. Placed our order, and the drink and one order of wings were incorrect. Ordered 10 naked all flaps and got mixed and breaded. Also ordered a double and was poured and charged a singe. It's not a huge deal. Accidents happen. HOWEVER, charging $16.99 for 10 wings and NOT including at least one sauce is pretty bold, but not half as bold as charging $1.00 for a 2oz suflee cup filled with maybe 1.75oz of dressing. What a joke. I work at a local spot where we have .70 cent wing days 3x a week and only charge .25 for a side of dressing. The other days our $14.99 wings come with a side of dressing and celery. Now it may have been written on the menu somewhere but most places do not charge for the first side, amd I did not double check because surely for $17 there would be something else included. I will not visit again. And not because I'm cheap, but because I really don't enjoy being ripped off.

Bruh tell me how I waited at the counter for 25 entire minutes for someone to help me, but no one did, and thankfully I noticed my pickup order was nearby on a table. I obviously had no clue, because it’s my first time, and after making eye contact with 3 of the employees I thought someone would surely help me. Anyways, I get home, ate a tiny bit of my soggy tasteless food I paid $20 for, and began projectile vomiting. I had to take a break from writing this review to throw up again. Praying to god I don’t get food poisoning cause who knows wth I just ate. If I could get a refund I would. I wonder what the kitchen looks like… yikes. Edit: also, to mention, y’all could’ve just said it was like 5 wings for $19 instead of labeling it “half lb boneless wings” and I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money. Got me hyped for what. This is my second time ever leaving a bad review for a place. I’m just heavily disappointed fr.

Attentive service! Great food and cold drinks! This place doubles as a music venue, but I’m glad the restaurant is separate from the music hall, as it was quite loud in there. Our server was very attentive, the food arrived quickly, and the drinks were cold and frequently refilled. We even enjoyed the arcade afterward, which was fun for the young kiddo with us.

They could use some more seating On busy nights it's hard to get service and seats. Not hating just they have a good thing going with entertainment and food. The prices are reasonable for today's times. They need to buy the rest of the plaza .
