I just ordered from this place via Uber Eats and I only noticed the place because of a buy 1 get 1 free promotion for quesadillas and churro doughnuts. The quesadillas look fine (haven’t tried them yet) but the churro doughnuts, which are relatively small and cost approximately $8.00, showed up with 2 doughnuts in each container. I immediately thought “that’s an awful small desert for the price and product”, so I went online to see if I could see if two small doughnuts was standard for this restaurant…. It’s not. Every photograph of other people who ordered the same received 4 doughnuts per order. And so, while math isn’t my strong suit, I believe my calculations of 8 doughnuts for 2 orders is correct. But instead of sending me and my family 8 doughnuts, per the buy 1 get 1 offer, they instead sent 1 order of doughnuts and separated it into two containers. That’s not a smart business model and it’s unnecessarily wasting plastics. So, for now, I think a 3 star rating is justified. I reserve the right to come back and lower the rating if the food isn’t delicious. I changed my review to 4 stars because the quesadillas were good and because I’m a generous guy. If, however, I order from here again and the doughnut fiasco repeats itself…....
Read moreI was just at this restaurant/bar earlier this evening. My partner and I went to check out the band and wound up leaving due to unsanitary conditions. We sat out in the patio area since there wasn't any other available seating. One of the bartenders eventually greeted us and was very nice. However, not too long into our visit one of the female staff members decided to play with the poodle on the patio and have her hands all over this dog. She then stood up, went behind the bar, grab a pint glass out of the cooler, and began to pour a customer a beer. I've never been more disgusted in my life in a restaurant! She not only didn't wash her hands before pouring the drink, she put her dirty hands into a cooler and containmented all the glasses in there as well. We left immediate after getting our bill. I informed our server who confronted the other bartender/server who denied it. It's on camera by table 603 around 8 pm. I called after we left the restaurant and spoke with someone named Nico. He said that he would handle it. Do better, Nico. That woman needs some training on food service cross contamination. People are allergic to dogs. People have compromised immune systems. People are fighting cancer. They don't want dog dander...
Read moreI have been ordering Uber eats from here for a long time, and I always get the same thing 10 breaded garlic parm wings all flappers, and spinach and artichoke dip. This time whoever is responsible for bagging my order put the wrong wings in the bag.. idk how they can get 10 garlic parm wings mixed up with 5 hot wings and their containers are see through… I’m a little disappointed because I was looking forward to having my correct order. Not Uber eats fault at all, they picked up the correct bag with the correct receipt stapled to the bag, the person who bagged it wasn’t paying attention.. they need to pay attention to the orders they are bagging because when people are HANGRY like I am and want their correct order.. it’s not fun. Took a pic of the wings I got and my receipt. I ate the 2 flats that were in the container, but these are definitely NOT 10 garlic parm wings. I called and asked if I can just drive back myself and get my correct wings and they said I would have to go back through Uber eats… I would have been glad to bring back this wrong order and pick up my correct order myself….
