I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had with Jose at TuxTowne! From start to finish, he truly went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was perfect. He even came it on days he wasn't working to spend time with my husband while he decided what tux worked best for him and his groomsmen. The level of customer service he provided was unparalleled, and we felt like we were his top priority the entire time.

First off, the tuxedos themselves were absolutely stunning. They fit perfectly, and the quality was second to none. My husband had a custom fitting, and Jose made sure every detail was perfect, down to the smallest adjustments. It was clear he takes great pride in his work. He also carries the latest fashion styles that are trending which helped the groomsmen look modern and sleek. I also was looking for pink suits for my bridesman and flower man, and Jose was able to get the exact shade I was looking for. I was very impressed!!

He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and was always accessible by phone when we needed him. Not only that, but he also provides service unlike any other tux shop with his door-to-door service. Due to us living away from his store in Taunton, Jose was extremely accommodating in bringing all of his tuxes to our apartment to fit 10 members in the wedding party. And to add, he was also nice enough to drop off the tuxes at our apartment a few days before our wedding day, ensuring that we had everything and taking the stress off of us to travel 45 minutes to his shop.

Tux Towne is one of those vendors that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like you are their only customer (which is not the case!!!). If you call or stop by you will most likely run into Jose - who is just the best to work with! We walked in there having not a clue what we wanted for our wedding tuxes and really just exhausted doing research online finding nothing that we liked. At this point I was just hoping we would find something for my groom and his groomsmen to wear. Jose asked us a few questions about what colors we had at the wedding, the wedding venue, etc. - within seconds (no exaggeration) Jose came out from the back of his store with shoes, jackets, pants, etc. - it was better than we could have hoped for - it was very "us". We used Tux town for our wedding and we had the best experience. Jose was so attentive to what we wanted and made the guys look so sharp. We had a groomsman from out of town, no problem, he had him call in his measurements and everything fit great.
