When you walk into the Emerald Fox you feel a wow factor. It is an absolutely charming and beautiful venue. There is a lot of attention to detail throughout the decor and the location is so quaint. Super friendly staff. I went there to meet Brittney for a wedding hair consultation and brought my maid of honor. I was trying to schedule a bridal preview since this salon came recommended by my coordinator. However, when talking on the phone with Debbie once I said I did not want to commit to hiring them for my wedding day until after my trial, she was extremely unhelpful with trying to help me find a day to come in and basically told me that there was no availability and the trials are only done at night which is fine, but the days I asked about she told me were unavailable for the next 3 months.
