Do not use this bank. First, I asked them repeatedly if there was a limit to spending with a wire transfer. They failed to mention any each time. Then I found out after I signed up and loaded my account that the limit is $500 a day, $1000 a week, with a $30 fee each time. Ok, that's annoying, but then you get the card. It does not work ever. They freeze it within days. I call them only to be harassed by a psuedo-intelligent machine that gaslights me. It refuses to acknowledge my input. It gives me the run around. Truly a farce. I finally talk to someone, they say card is suspended because of their own fraud department. I ask them if it is because I tried to make a purchase online. They send me around in a loop. Then they send me to their "colleagues" in fraud to review transactions. The colleagues are a tone-deaf robot that refuses to acknowledge my input. It fails to tell me anything because there are no transactions to review. There was no fraud. Then it hangs up on me! They won't let me call without going through a shadey loop. Read moreHave to agree with Chad. The staff (including manager) doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable in banking procedures. Three years ago it took 3 hours to add names to a safety deposit box and then had to return the next day to repeat because they did it wrong. Last week made a deposit into my mothers trust account and was later called to say they could not deposit the check because it was made to my mom and trusts are for dead people therefore she cannot have a check made out to her. There are many living people with trust accounts with her being one of those people. I wouldn't even do general banking here. Read moreI was told by an associate at this location that my card would work even though they were sending me a long-term replacement card (which I haven't seen). They didn't tell me that it wouldn't work after 60 days. Now, I am stuck in a position where I can't get a new card until it is mailed to me, but I am going to need to buy things before then and I'm two hours from the nearest U.S. Bank location. I was told by a female associate that I could get a replacement debit card immediately if I came to the branch, but that wasn't the case, as I found out after driving there.
