My crazy sauce had fluffy mold spores growing on top and the pizza immediately made my mouth start to swell up. My top lip was noticably swollen for a day. When a complaint was made to the GM Sandra, she agreed that this was not acceptable and said she would leave some gift cards for me at the location and that she'd be there until 8pm. I got there around 730pm and was told that Sandra had left. I was met by a worker who says Sandra put things in her hands and not only did she basically call me a liar(as I stood there with a swollen lip) saying "sauces are changed daily see" and she proceeded to show me sauces with no mold... I was very rudely asked for my photo ID and pics to be sent to her phone and rather than gift cards, she had a incident report in her hand. I refused to sign the incident report and let this bully take my ID but rest assured, I am most definitely going to corporate and as high up as needed to be heard by a respectful, understanding ear. I can't be the only person that received moldy sauce last night(10/1/18) so if anyone else out there has a similar story from this location... Please post. This place is not only negligent of the food, they're negligent of their customers. At this point, I'm more upset about the way this was handled than by the incident itself. Thought I was going in to get an apology from the GM for moldy sauce and a swollen mouth, instead I get her minion that very much escalated this situation. Good thing I have pics! Also I don't want to leave out that when I showed this bully minion my swollen lip her reply was rude and swift- "maybe you're allergic" as if this is the 1st time I've had a Little Caesars pizza. Gimme a break! Sandra, you left this situation(you shoulda handled yourself) in the wrong hands. Had she not been so rude and insulting, I woulda complied with doing the incident report but apparently this location needs a push for the better in the customer service arena and we're gonna make sure...
Read moreI pulled up in front of the store at 9:47 pm (so well before 10 which is when they close), and they saw me pull up and that we were there and in front of the door. Seeing that is was still a good 12/13 minutes before closing, I was digging through my purse to grab my card while still outside and waiting for my son, and the employee (that also saw us drive up) literally came up and locked the door before 10 while I was trying to find my card. The parking spot is literally right in front of the door) after I grabbed it I came out of my van and tried to open the door, he looked right at me and said no and ignored us. That was really frustrating. Also scary that the are right where there was a shooting. But, this is the store we usually go to. And we usually like it otherwise. I am more nervous now though. And, Seriously dude, that was not cool what you did. I hope a manager talks to the employees about not doing this. If you have a customer show up.... don't lock the door right in front of them after they have arrived and it isn't closing time yet. I mean, It wasn't even "just a couple minutes" before closing time even. I get that you want to be done and go home. But you work for a store that advertises certain store hours. Don't close until closing time. Or at least, not when you know you have customers RIGHT THERE and it's not closing time yet. That is very poor...
Read moreI was actually looking forward to this pizza most the day. Couldn’t wait till I got off work. I go in place my order and the employee read it back to me and it was correct. I wait about the 10 minutes I was told it would be and got my stuff and drove home in the construction and traffic. I get home and open the box and it’s the incorrect pizza. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza and got a deep dish Hawaiian pizza. I closed the box and verified the sticker said pepperoni and it did. My issues are no one is gonna pay me gas’s money to go back to the store, I’m not gonna get my time back to return and get what I paid for. The more I started to think about it, when I checked out I didn’t tip ( I won’t tip a place that didn’t do tips before covid, also if you get a full wage you don’t need to supplement it with tips like servers at actual restaurants) so it’s like did they do this on purpose or was this an actual mistake. My biggest issue is if you are gonna charge people more for your product you need to make sure you provide the correct product to the customer. All this does is make it so I don’t want to eat out anymore. So not only will you lose my business you lost any money you could have...
