I came in today for my birthday to treat myself to a gel manicure & regular pedicure, which I clearly told the girl who greeted me when I walked in. I was told to sit down & pick a color, which I did. A tech comes over & asked me what service I wanted - which I confirmed a pedicure & gel mani. She acted somewhat cold towards me. Maybe she was busy? Bad day? Who knows. I was taking a call while she was setting up (still gave her the respect of attention & answering her questions when she asked) and we both went about our business.
However, I couldnât help but notice she immediately started painting my toe nails when she sat down. She did not fill up the tub with water or do any actual pedicure process. Only paint. Confused, I asked her âis there a pedicure coming with this?â She coldly replies âyesâ. So I let her do her thing, but I thought it was odd that I would get my nails painted and THEN comes the scrub/soak? Then she walks away and then comes back and says âI told you to go sit at the table and someone will be right with you.â Meaning for the manicure. Still confused why my pedicure was only a paint job - asked her why I didnât get my pedicure? Since that is what I asked for (2 different people I had said this too) and she gets all upset with me and says she asked me if I wanted a pedicure and I said I wanted a color change. (Never said that and there was no color on my toes to begin with which I pointed out to her). There was clearly a misunderstanding between her & the first tech who greeted me because she was talking loudly/angrily to someone, storms back over & starts to fill up the tub. At this point sheâs visibly annoyed & rolling her eyes at me. Now Iâm upset & uncomfortable. I told her Iâd like to pay for the polish & leave because her attitude was uncalled for & not fair to me. She tried to act as if she didnât know what was going on & who I think was her boss came over & asked if I wanted the pedicure? Hell no. I will gladly take my money somewhere else. However I still paid $10 for the service which I donât think I should have had to do lol. They didnât try to make it right or apologize or anything. Apparently it was all my fault. And if they were so busy, I would have rather been turned away then have to deal with a busy tech who tries to make ME feel bad about it.
Anywho. Iâve been coming to this place for a while but have had way too many disappointing interactions to keep coming back. They actually do a good job & it was conveniently located near my house, but I will absolutely not put up with the rude staff with uncalled for attitudes & gaslighting anymore. Not worth a penny. You need to treat people better. Good...
Read moreI have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years now. The first year was excellent service. I stopped going to the salon after a male employee severely cut my finger and acted as if he did not do it and refused to apologize or give me a discount/refund on services provided. I decided to give them another shot after 6 months had past since the incident. A few weeks ago, I went in for a dip manicure from a lady who did an excellent job. She charge me the right price and did not try to upsell me.
Today, I came back in with my sister who is visiting out of state to get pedicures. We both opted out of getting the 12 minute massage that comes with all of the pedicure packages as both of us do not like getting a pedicure massages. My sisterâs nail technician asked her if she wanted gel polish and after the fifth time of asking her, my sister said âdo whatever ladyâ Even though she had already told this nail technician four times in a row that she did not want gel polish and proceeded to do a pedicure on my sister with gel polish just so she could up charge her $20.
I asked my technician to substitute the 12 minute massage and exchange for the callus removal. The nail technician who was servicing my sister overheard my conversation with my nail technician And began complaining in her native language to my nail technician for agreeing to the exchange of the massage for the callous removal.
At the end of the pedicures, I had to have my nail technician redo one of my toes that was poorly painted. When my sister and I went to pay, they charged us $91 total. My sister was charged $26 for a pedicure that did not include the standard 12 minute massage that comes with it, as well as a $20 up charge for getting gel even though she repeatedly said no until the tech relentlessly wouldnât give up on putting gel on her toes.
I was charged $36 for a pedicure that did not include the standard sugar scrub and 12 min massage. I only received the callus removal on top of a standard pedicure (no massage).
We were charged full price even though we didnât receive all of the services, one of us was forced into getting gel and they had the nerve to swipe my debit card even though they were wrong.
It is pretty disheartening to receive such poor service is from a place of business where 2 to 3 of the employees know who I am personally and have also done manicures and pedicures on my own daughter but displayed such greedy behavior today and in front of my sister who is visiting out of state. It is very...

First of all:
I am not from here. Came in from out of town for work. Many issues.
pricing. $20 add on for shellac, seriously?
basic pedicure lasted 15 minutes. We literally timed it. You are paying $35 for them to dip your feet in water, cut your nails and scrub them alittle with a brush. No exfoliant on your legs or anything. They do rub your feet with lotion 5-10 minutes at the end so I will give them that.
I had my daughter with me who could not reach the water in the bowl well. They have two kids chairs and they did not even offer for her to go in that one. I feel as tho she did not get an experience she should have.
my nails: my daughters, my sisters, and my nails were all painted by different people. Theirs were painted great. The man who painted my toes did a great job. The lady who painted my nails rushed and I told her three times that I did not want my nails rounded and pointy. I told her natural and square. She ended up making them so short and taking off all the white I had at the end and they were seriously cut in weird. I have never had this happen to me before in ten years of getting my nails done.
I paid and left, when I came back to my car after lunch I saw how thick and bad they were. Two were already chipped and most were not painted to the edge. I went back in and nicely told them and she yelled in my face and said âwhat you wantâ. I never once asked for money back. I paid $35 plus I tipped her $5, so I spent $40 on nails that looked awful. Even my husband saw over a picture they were bad.
the girl that fixed them was really nice but honestly I should have gotten a partial refund and the yelling at me was unbelievable. Idk how they are in business. The pedicure bowls when we sat down were all dirty. My sisters had someoneâs drink in it, my daughters had food wrappers, and mine had some kind of lotion. They did not even disinfect it out. They just put a new liner in.
when they did re do my nails they left me for 15 minutes for my nails to soak in acetone. Thai is against policy and practices for state certified nail technicians.
The last picture is the after picture where they are much better. The lady even tried telling me it is cuz of my nail shape but itâs not.
