MOST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE EVER ! Ashton did my hair I came in for a trim and left with choppy shelf layers and extremely short hair. She was extremely rude didn’t wanna wash my hair judgmental and everything bad you can imagine. I went to cosmetology school and knew she was cutting my hair with no care or technique whatsoever she wanted me do be done. I asked her to dry my hair so I can see it and she gave me a dirty look so I said just a rough dry and she left me with drenched hair so I couldn’t see the damage until my hair was dry. I also told her my hair was dry and just recently processed and she didn’t put any product and brushed my hair from the roots down ripping the brush through my just processed hair with no product causing more damage and breakage. When I called to let her know my hair looked horrible she was rude and said okayyyy ? I told her I need it redone so I came back and had Taylor fix it and she was shocked by how bad it was she did her best to fix it but I was left with extremely short layers due to how bad she cut my hair previously which I told Ashton I did not want before she cut my hair. Taylor was amazing and sweet and saw how horrible it was and did everything she could to fix her colleagues mistake. I have never cried about my hair but I cried for hours after this my hair was extremely long and now I have chin length hair with extremely short layers. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hairdresser in my life. Ashton butchered my hair. REPLY TO OWNER- I’m sorry what are you trying to say ? I’m lying ?She put conditioner in my hair when washed but did not use any product after when my hair was very obviously extremely tangled and breaking while she was tearing the brush through my hair. You guys have leave in for customers for that exact reason. Taylor did use leave in in my hair which Ashton should’ve done in the first place. The fact that this woman is your manager is extremely concerning and that she will continue to be is...
Read moreI had been here once prior and I was able to get in fairly quickly the first time. The stylist was able to do a quick and clean cut (not hard, I'm a basic guy).
This second time, I figured that I would stop in again because it was convenient since I was already nearby. It was about 4:50pm and after going in, I had to wait a couple minutes for the receptionist to finish what she was doing when she finally asked for my name, letting me know it would be just about 20 minutes of a wait. It was fairly busy, so I was surprised and had my hopes up that I would be able to get in and get out. After about 20 minutes, only 1 other person had got called to get a hair cut after 2-3 people already left and it took another 5-10 minutes for another person to finally get called. Unfortunately, I gave up at about 45-50 minutes and simply left, giving up all hope on leaving with a haircut, instead heading on down to a nearby Great Clips that was able to get me in immediately (courtesy of Great Clips app).
I didn't feel valued as by the time I got up and left, it was over double the promised time and I was frustrated with the service. It may or not be worth it for you to stick around (mileage to vary), but I can say that I likely won't head back unless I'm willing to risk a...
Read moreThe only reason I am not giving this a 1/5 is because my haircut from Audel Nez was actually really great. He was super sweet and really felt as though he was looking out for what I wanted in my hair. Gave him a significant tip. The part that was absolutely horrendous was when their credit card machine broke. They wanted me to walk across the parking lot to the movie theater to get cash to pay for my cut. The reason I tolerated the situation was because of a time constraint. The ATM charged me a fee and they would not reimburse me for that fee. When I said this did not make me very happy, the receptionist (dark brownish/black hair, shoulder length, slender, maybe around 5'5") was like "I'm not happy about the machine being broken either." And that's all she said. No empathy or customer service existed whatsoever. She could barely do simple math when doing the cash exchange (had to use a calculator to do $40 - $36.34) and was not empathetic at all when it came to my frustration. She was obviously flustered, which is understandable, but at least help me out and understand my situation. The customer service was so lackluster I have never experienced something this bad in my life. Only go here for Audel. Don't go for any...
