YOU WANT TO READ THIS! Aug 22/2023 -2pm I don't really know how is the customer service in general but I guess we got to this place at the wrong time. This are the situations that make me wish google maps could give the option "0 stars " So my husband and I got to the place and there was a girl right at the registered and we could see also one in the back. Once we stepped in front of the counter we said "hi" to her and she replied back. She was doing something there and then she left. She didn't say anything like "I'd be right back" or something, she just left. THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE RESTAURANT. The menu looked good so we decided to wait, and we could see that the other girl in the back looked at us maybe a couple times. We waited there for maybe 5 minutes and nobody ever came back to assist us. After that humiliation, we decided to leave, and so I said thank you to girl in the back who was still seeing us, and even with that, they never tried to apologize pr do something to offer a good customer service. We were looking for something healthy nearby after shopping yesterday on Sunday the 20th afternoon and found this place. The two gentlemen at the counter who made and served us our salads gave exceptional service. We felt so taken care of by these two (two young men, one with long dark pulled back blonde hair and the other with short dark hair and glasses, I believe?) They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing visit. Beyond that, the food was delicious, fresh, beautiful looking, and customizable with lots of healthy offerings. We tried the Baja shrimp bowl and added beets and the seasonal ahi tuna and also the SW chicken bowl. Both were delicious. There was a minor issue with the wild rice in the bowls being crunchy and not cooked all the way through and these two gentlemen swooped in and made it right for us even though we were on the fence for bringing it up. Recently ordered a salad that I "built" myself. Husband also ordered a salad, but it seemed like there was some confusion and he ended up with a wrap. All the right ingredients that he had "built" but the employee wrapped it up instead of just serving in a bowl. The mad seasoning on the avocado was a great choice. I had the smoked cheddar cheese as well, and if you like smoked flavor, you'd love it. Overall, taste was great.

Food seemed a little pricy for only adding 4 ingredients and additional ingredients costing more. You get 1 protein + 4 toppings. Those toppings options include veggies, seeds/nuts, cheese, etc. I would suggest something like 1 protein + 4 veggies/cheese + 1 seed/nut option included in the price. It would be one additional ingredient but would add great variety to the salad.

Employees were friendly and patient with us first timers. The restaurant was clean. Beverage selection was wonderful. The sodas are not Coke/Pepsi brand, but are delicious. The tea selection is...
