My review is not in general with the whole place, but with this store in specific. I bought a body shape cloth ( faja in Spanish) from this lady, she doesn’t fitting room, so when I tried it at home it didn’t fit me. I went back and wanted to exchange it for a more expensive one, she treated me like garbage, threw the cloth back to me, said it was dirty and sales were finals. I paid cash, she didn’t give no receipt ( my fault, I trusted her because she sound very convincing). She treated me very nice when I bought, after that she was a whole different person. I’ve talked to the owner of the place today, he advised me to file an small claim which I’ll do. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, for incidents like that is why we Spanish ppl get judged as coming to this country to steal, we get judged all the same. Hopefully after the small claim in court this lady reflects and stop...
Read moreLocal guide walk found this to be a good place to find things which are unique such as jewelry and accessories. There is a broad range of prices and you find many courteous friendly people. I have someone that makes precious stone jewelry for me, get my haircut and eyebrows done, have bought some high quality jewelry and as well as am Lucumi finding an increasing number of religious items. Worth the time and walk, could do better with food services but have some restaurants very nearby that help.
They have security, parking is safe and after numerous visits have never felt like it’s a shopping environment that is unsafe. Took my brother that wanted to get some Egyptian Pharoah statues and he was happy with the product assortment and bought 2. My mom has bought sunglasses and gotten her eye brows tattoed and she’s...
Read moreHonestly I love this place even though it's kind of more of a flea market than anything I still love the food options that they have inside in the arcade is awesome. To restaurants I would really suggest trying out as Shan Lays for some sushi or poke Bowl and of course my favorite 4 King's Seafood. Definitely awesome Cajun food and the girl that works there on Sunday is awesome definitely knows how to make a good dish presentation and it's super affordable. As far as the stores that are inside go it's pretty basic flea market stuff lots of jewelry stores lots of Chinese dollar stores a bunch of hair and nail salons and just random booths with random things as well as a smoke shop but the arcade is awesome in the back gives me a feeling of Retros 90s showing up with a bunch of quarters and just having fun with...
