Nice enough people, and the wine is okay, but the customer service is an absolute nightmare. When I first became a member they double charged me; staff and the owner himself after multiple contacts repeatedly assured me I would be refunded. This never happened. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, which was successful. Fast forward one year later and we requested a cancellation of our membership and was assured this would happen. I was charged another quarterly fee. We contacted them THREE more times, first with a response assuring us it would get done, and then radio silence the next two attempts. I just had to dispute the charge and put a stop payment on all future transactions from them, so I hope that works. Avoid becoming a member...

We moved from Italy to here, my husband and I were wondering if we can find a good winery around unfortunately we didn't BUT one day I told my husband and friends let's go to Axis because I didn't try this one before and Axis become our favorite winery, the service is five starts, very cozy environment that brings me memories of Italy, wine is so delicious I really love red wine Essential is my favorite one!
