I just had one of the more ridiculous experiences of my life here this evening. My mom and I order from here at least 2-3 times a month. I always order through the app and have never had issues until tonight. I placed an order through the app like I usually do and about 5 minutes later, I got a phone call from someone there who just started talking at me and telling me that people don't come to pick up their mobile orders after they place them so they weren't going to make my order until I got there. I told her she could just cancel and refund my order because that defeats the purpose of a mobile order. She said, "well, people don't ever come get their orders and it's a lot of waste." I explained that the bottom line doesn't work that way. The restaurant still makes a profit if the order is already paid for and not picked up. She continued to be rude so I told her I would cancel my order and call tomorrow to speak to someone in charge because that's just silly. She rudely demanded I hang on and left me on the phone for about 5 more minutes. She came back and super sarcastically said "It'll be ready." I went to pick it up and said "I have a mobile order" and she rolled her eyes with arms crossed and said "...for?!" I told her my name and she shoved it to me. I told her that it might serve her well to check her attitude with customers on the phone. The most ridiculous thing. If I wanted to wait and watch someone make my food for 20 minutes, I'd order in the restaurant. Don't think I'll be going here again unless they do something about their...
Read morethe young made my sandwich was horrible. starting with his customer service. they did not have enough chicken for the sandwich I wanted, so without even consulting me what i would like to do, he preceded to put on a different chickens. while I was getting my sandwich a young girl of about 5 came up and asked him for a napkin. her mother clearly told her to say please, he grabbed a stack and set them back on the counter far enough so that she had to get on her toes and reach over half way across the counter to get one. the little girl said thank you and he just walked away without so much as a thank you. After he completed making my sandwich and I paid he then grabs a handful of napkins and literally throws them on top of my bag. This store needs to do something about the attitude. They do not greet you, say hello, or thank you. You’re lucky if they grunt at you when they come to take your order.
