The review is for the employees handling the warehouse. PLEASE DO BETTER!! I ordered boots through Rockemās website and received an email stating they were ready for pick up. I drove 45 minutes, to the Harwin location, to only be told they did not have them. I presented them the email and after many attempts in trying to locate the boots, they were no where to be found. I initially drove to the Harwin location to try these boots on 9/6/25, I was told the boots I wanted were online only and that I would have to place an order for them to be shipped. So thatās what I did, risking the boots not fitting and being fully paid. On 9/12/25, the pick up email was received. Angel, who was very polite and understanding of my frustration, was indeed very helpful. He did his best to contact upper management to accommodate this situation, to sadly only be told ātell her we will offer 20% off her next orderā. Mind you, literally everyone that walks in on the weekends gets 20% off for no reason. I told him I was not happy with that and that something else needed to be done. āUpper managementā told him that I could buy another pair of boots that were in the store, PAY THE ORIGINAL PRICE and that they would apply my balance THAT I ALREADY PAID to those boots and all I would have to do is pay the difference. So basically, buy a $300 boots, put the balance that I paid plus pay about $100 more. Iām not sure who they were trying to fool, but it was definitely not going to be me. Accommodating is ātake the boots you want that we currently have in stock, for the price you paid for the ones you ordered and never received in storeā. Upper management, you cannot let your in store employees fight your battles, there is only so much they can do. It is your responsibility to keep track of inventory and send pick up emails accordingly. DO NOT DRIVE TO THE STORE AFTER RECEIVING A PICK UP EMAIL CONFIRMATION BEFORE CALLING THEM TO VERIFY THAT THE PRODUCT WAS ACTUALLY RECEIVED!!!! I am beyond disappointed in how rockem tried to play us with their 20% off offer and low balling us, this is the perfect way to loose the same clientele that has brought you where you are today! I contacted to do an exchange to a 7.5 they approved it and then I sent the boots back to them after paying an extra $40 to get them shipped. Whoever I talked to said that those boots were a final sale item and it never seen it was before not to mention I emailed them and sent them the code for the boots and got approved. The women I spoke to said they would do it this time for me so they were suppose to ship the 7.5. I waited and waited they never came in so I reached out she said they shipped them overnight and they should be there by now. Apparently UPS lost them and she was trying to track them down. I spoke with the lady again Friday 05/31/2024 and after I got off the phone I reached out again to get the tracking number so I could track them. It shows they JUST made a label the same day literally right after I got off the phone. Now fast forward they refunded me and said the package is still missing but they were gonna have UPS send them back to the store??? The lady was absolutely rude This was my first time using them and Iām 99% positive they sold the boots to someone else and made a fake label. Extremely unprofessional.
I asked to order the original back because now Iām out more money and she keeps saying she is gonna give me 20% off for the inconvenience but thereās no invoice in the emails Iāve asked repeatedly for it and she keeps telling me to refresh my email. At this point they are just messing with me....

I Bought a a pair of boots and at the store i tried them on but i had athin sock to which the guy helping me said well with a thick sock they should fit better but even at home with a big thick sock the boots where too big for me so i went to the Harwin location ( more close to me) to see if i could exchange them. i get there and obv they call the manager and he said well you didnt try them on or what and i said yes at the store with a thin sock and i explained the sock thing to him. To what he said well i dont have this model any more you can wait till next week or when ever they come in ......but i needed them for that same day ....so i said can i look around and exchange them for another pair and he said yeah yeah thats fine but all moody. After that i choose a pair and he made some comments about the pricing and making it seem like he was doing me a favor which a for a $300 pair of boots i would think that an exchange is reasonable and i was choosing something the about the same price and if i had to pay the difference i was okay with that. Anyways they gave me the display pair and just shoved it in a box with no wrapping nothing to which i did not say anything in the moment because it was full of customers. By the way the boots have rhinestones and through the inside one was poking me all night and left me a rash. Plus the red stains the socks and everything. Def not buying again from Rock'em. The Airline location customer service is way better...
