Extremely bad experience here. Please dont take there word. Im not saying it just because but because im suffering from it. I Purchased a 2021 Gmc 4 door sierra online with a down payment and made full monthly payments for a little over a year and found out that truck was sold to me with a whole front end that was all rebuilt and rewelded very poorly. As i was driving 5 hours away from home the truck started shaking suddenly going around 65mph and then shut off. It left me and my family stranded. We then called the warranty department to have it checked. We noticed on the bottom of the truck as truck was about to be towed away to GMC dealer in San Antonio for checkup that after pulling the plastic bottom frame housing to hook the tow hooks that the hole entire front frame was all welded and redone very poorly. We noticed that the whole frame was cracking apart in multiple areas and was a major hazard to me and my family. Im glad nothing happened to us on the road and we came out safely. As for the "salvaged Vehicle" they sold me for full retail and for the major jeopardy they put me and my family they did not care. I told them about the whole situation sending them pictures and evidence of the matter and they blew me off. I mentioned to them to simply return my money and payments i have made or trade me for another vehicle or truck with same year and around same mileage since GMC wouldn't cover the salvaged cracked frame and they simply didn't care. I'm left to take legal matters now and will seek all justice necessary. Please stay away from them it no use to promise things that are not true and to sell people vehicles that have not been checked properly or have been redone saying they are clean. The only solution they told me was to go after Carfax and the Auction were they bought it from since they were not responsible and were not going to help me. This is the most horrible experience i have dealt with which assured me they are scammers. This matter has been reported to all agencies and is under further...
Read moreGreat experience! Thank you Houston Auto World!
The Find: Saw the truck online (FBM) which I'm a cynic of! I started talking to my sales gal Taylor she slowly gained my confidence thru many conversations I knew I was looking at a used vehicle. They were 100% transparent on the condition and history, and a plan to perfect which gained my trust. I priced it across the state, they were the best pricing!
The paper: My son was in desperate need of a vehicle. He graduated college so he doesn't have (any) credit, or wheels. The intent and learning lesson here was he is purchasing the truck. I had to co-sign, which I've never done and H Auto World walked me thru the entire process. Yes I'm on the paper, but my son is purchasing this truck. Carlos the FMgr, directed all coordination to my son, which was a huge learning lesson. Huge! Carlos went out of his way with his knowledge to help my son gain credit, which he didn't have to do, but did. The dreaded paperwork took only 30 easy min to complete. Very organized and knowledgeable. Oh, and I almost couldn't get the truck b/c of insurance (omg whoaa!!!) Carlos hooked me up with a gent that got me 50% of what I was being quoted by my long time agent.
I still have some loose ends (registration etc.) that we are tracking down. They have 100% responded, followed up and followed up on following up!!! I figured I wouldn't hear a peep once we exited the building. Not the case at all and I am a customer/friend for life and will send all my friends/fam to them.
I'm so happy with our purchase and experience, in such a cruel world. I now know they will help me now and in the future with anything I need.
a Best day of my life, as a mom getting my son a bada$$ truck!
Your in good hands! Jenny...
Read moreREAL EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ! I’m convinced the reviews are fake, because the professionalism was completely non existent. 1st off the sales manager was 30 minutes late upon opening, (no uniform, belly hanging out the bottom of his tee) and the assistant sales manager was about 45 minutes late. I was already irritated, but then The big guy at the front desk was talking on his phone the entire time I was applying for financing, and didn’t seem to take his job seriously at all. I felt uncomfortable immediately. I went to see the Mercedes GLE 350. Which was DIRTY and DAMAGED. The inside had DIRT and cigar trimmings all in the compartments. It looked like someone was smoking w**d for days in it, just dumping their ashes in the compartments. It was even dirty on the outside, you could slide your finger and spell letters out. There was clear damage to the door, body, and seats that were not at all shown in the photos. (There was an entire piece of the door damaged like it was cut) Then, there were about THREE service lights on, YES THREE , ON TOP of there being a faulty starter for the engine (it did that little stutter when you crank). YALL! The sales manager Samir said he was taking it to the shop to “reset the lights” and fix the broken parts but he was just “waiting for the parts to come in”. May I remind you the ENGINE LIGHT was ON. Additionally, When I was ready to purchase, the sales manager told me I had to WAIT another TWO DAYS to get the car fixed and cleaned.. I honestly just walked off and went somewhere else. Very shady place. ALSO they only take Zelle, cash or check for deposit…. Hmmmm...
