I've conducted business with Sunflower since 1995- for 29 years, and yesterday I purchased a bottle of Cologne for me & perfume for my wife. The gentleman just grabbed the Cologne bottle from the shelf without checking and grabbed the wrong scent. Today I requested a swap for the Cologne I alway buy, the lady in the shop was rude & refused, tried to charge me $15 more for the swap, I' m a State worker and told her I would report her also to the police for price gouging conduct.
