Mi Pueblo Market — Attraction in Thornton

Customer service here is horrible. We were shopping and wanted to order some food to go. We were told that the cart must stay on store side so we left the cart there with everything with had grabbed and ordered from the butcher. We grabbed our food it took us 5 minutes and when we got to the cart they had taken everything back. My mom was a bit confused and upset. She asked why they did that and the manager was walking by and said it was because it was left alone and we explained it had been five minutes and we left personal things in the cart. The manager responded in a very rude manner that she did not care and she had already sent someone to put everything back. She walked away calling us names in Spanish thinking we didn't understand. Later as we were paying for our things after we got everything back the manager came by again bumped into me while walking by. I am not sure why she was so upset but this behaviour is extremely unprofessional. I will never go back there again and from reading other reviews I can tell im not tbe only one who has had a bad experience. Worst grocery store I have...

i just left the store really upset i work near the store and went during my lunch hour! went to the restaurant and order 2 pupusas when i tried to pay there credit card machine is not working i said that's fine i will pay at the cashier up front i go and do some more buying getting meat and some veggies i take about 15 to 20 mins to give the restaurant time to make my food.. i pay and go back to the restaurant and guess what the lady in charge of my order forgot to tell the cook about my order! i was told it will be another 20 mins before my food is ready I said why !! i order first am still in my lunch hour and I don't have the time to wait.. i was told i can get something else or leave pretty much take it or leave it.. seriously i not only did not get what i wanted but i got horrible service and i got stuck with something else i didn't want.....the cook, the restaurant cashier were both talking among each other and chewing their gum like there was no...
