The worst experience ever Thank for constantly trying to talk over me and come up with no solutions or help to the problem. Cussing you out didn’t seem to bad when you can’t even help and talk over customers. Other then saying I have to purchase both through your business when you can see when and what I bought with my purchase of volume 3 Why would anyone buy two of the same copies from the same store? How would that work? You asked my how I wanted to resolve it I told you and you said no we don’t have a policy for that. You did imply on my fiancé post that we could have read it and returning it or that we are trying to get the next issue after reading which isn’t the case. You don’t have a policy on any of this that the problem all you say is you can’t help and that you I had to purchase them both through you. Response to you message You say I should have given more information to the manager but I did with no result I told him my situation with no solution other then no help from your business. what more information should I have given him? Why would I have bought two of the same kind of manga from you for you guys to do any sort of action. Common sense that makes no sense why would I have bought it twice from you guys?? There is it this, you can look up what someone has bought through their phone number. you can search up when I bought the book and what I bought. How can you not look up the barcode associated with the book that you guys had sold to me to verify that it is the book I bought. You even stat that you haven’t sold on I’m forever so how would I be lying or trying to bypass you policy of reading and turning? On my fiancé post you have just implied that we are trying underhanded tasks and that was not the case we thought you guys would be more customer oriented then this. I love comics and mangas so I ended up buying two vol. 3&4 of samurai 8. I had accidentally purchase a samurai 8 manga vol. 3 I had already had it and just wanted to exchange it for vol.5 of the same series same price. Then I was disappointed in the staff and the way the handle duplicate buys and returns. No solution or exchange. I have a loyalty account that should tell you when I was there last and what I bought. If the loyalty number doesn’t help you indicate that then why have folk sign up for something that doesn’t benefit. I just wanted to try a new place from mile high comics but looks like I’ll be sticking with them. As I entered this store for the first time, I wondered if it would live up to its name. Well, it did have more comics, by several different metrics, than the usual comic shop. Lots of back issues, lots of trades, lots of hardcovers and omnibuses. Lots and lots. This shop is fifteen minutes almost due north on I-25 from the Mile High Comics Mega Store, and it even surpasses THAT gigantic store in one important way: more new comics. Comic shops don't carry many new comics anymore. They carry the new ones their hold-slot subscribers order and then a few more generally, but it's simply not cost-effective to carry a full selection of new issues very week. I Want More Comics carries a whole lot of new comics. Browsers and casual readers, left out in the cold by other stores, will be quite happy here. This shop may not be a "mega store," but it is quite large, with an expansive gaming area in the back that was very busy when I visited. The back issues are plentiful and well-organized, and the prices seem fair. Everything is clean and orderly (even the restrooms!) and the store seems welcoming to women, girls, and kids of all ages. There's some original comic art on display - nice! - and lots of interesting toys. There is a row of collectible art portfolios, including some rare works that I haven't seen for more than twenty years. I have a few minor complaints. Very minor! In some spots, the lighting between the back-issue longboxes and the bookshelves is too dim. The longboxes themselves are packed so tightly it was a bit hard to look through them. Finally, the boxes are on the floor. It was hard for me to kneel and stoop, again and again, to look for the back issues I wanted. Well... I realize these are all "old guy" complaints. Maybe comics is a young person's game! Still, I enjoyed my visit, and found several comics I wanted. I am happy to recommend this store to other comics and gaming fans.

Emailed them at order placement asking to be notified if the order would be pieced out since I was out of town for a few days, recieved no reply. Got home, called to make sure my entire MTG order was there somebody said yes. Made the trip, nobody at the mtg register, missing a key card, and got a moderately played card instead of lightly played(a cheap card so w/e, hate for them to bait and switch on expensive ones though.) My buddy has had issues here too. $200 to learn this place isn't worth my business, would rather skip the talk with the manager. Guessing they treat their preferred customers better but beware if that's not you. I had told Keith on the phone that I had placed an order while out of town, not whatever he put in quotes. I also asked if the order was intact, a confirmation was given. Must be easy to ensure everyone sees constructive feedback as direct attacks when the replies recieved twist the reality of the situation. The employee that did help me was already trying to rush me out the door before I even started inspecting the cards and if you listened to everything on the tape you would have heard me say that the poor condition card was supposed to be lightly played, the employee did not offer any input on the matter. I only returned rude behavior that was given to me and nothing else. Everything in Keith's response solidifies that this is an untrustworthy place and if anyone ever has a problem it's the customer's fault. Good luck to those that want to take the gamble here. Better to deposit cash at the bank and order cards online.

If I could rate this store less than 1 star, I would. Writing through my wife's account as I don't have a Google account or really care to make one as I don't ever feel the need to write reviews even if they have bad service. I called earlier today asking for a specific comic issue which they did have, and told me the price was $20, which they plainly stated. I said I was not in the area and would have my wife come pick it up. When my wife went to pick it up the price had changed to $25. After being rude to my wife and telling her "books have tax" and making a joke to another customer "when do books not have tax" (why be that way?) - my wife was confused because to our understanding the book was $20, not $25. After calling the store to address the situation I told them the $5 difference wasn't a big deal but there was no need do be disrespectful towards my wife (which a few reviews on here clearly address they have an issue with rude behavior) they gave me the run around that I didn't hear them correctly regarding the price, which then turned into him admitting the "phone could have cut out" when he said $25 - making it $20. Total nonsense. Because the book is sought after I'm under the impression they either mis spoke (which he refused to consider as a possibility) or they raised the book by $5 because they realized $20 was too good of a deal to let the book go. After going around and around on the phone the "part owner" decided we shouldn't continue transactions because it wasn't a "healthy environment". He even acknowledged that he knew the book was valuable and had it prepared for their stream sale? Just an absolute joke of an experience. Have some class and at least improve your customer service, I suppose it is an "unhealthy environment." Don't let this shop scam you and stand up when being mistreated, its not worth it, especially from these clowns. PS I've been taking my son to this shop for a long time, since before they moved from their old location. Sad to see. Thanks for...
