*negative experience * My senior daughter’s prom is coming up and we knew we had to travel to Denver area to find a dress which is over an hour away from us. We went online and found this boutique. Looking at their website it seemed they had a big variety of dresses so we drove down and got there right at 11am when they opened. When we got in there was one employee there that was at the desk helping a customer but never acknowledged us coming in. We looked around and waited for about 15 min and still no hello or I’ll be with you soon. We were a little surprised at how small the store was compared to their website. Every size of dresses they had were a 10 or higher. We thought maybe they had other sizes in the back but still no acknowledgment from the employee after now 30 min. I noticed the employee was speaking Spanish to the customer so i thought maybe she didn’t speak English? My daughters friend that was with us just happened to speak Spanish so i told her to go up to counter and ask for help. She did and the employee wasn’t very nice and seemed as if we were being a bother asking her for help. She just handed my daughter a catalog and said we would have to order since nothing there will fit my daughter. She practically pushed us out and never took two min to come and help. The website is very deceiving, the store is very unorganized with one or three dresses in the same color and no sizes under 10 If you want to be treated well during these fun and exciting occasions go to the bridal collection in centennial. These girls were amazing and so sweet and so helpful and gave you the attention your daughter should get. As you can see the owner responding to me in an aggressive manner that wasn’t even there. My daughter never got dresses to try on because she was told the one dress she did like wouldn’t fit her so we left. Not sure where she got this information from. This place has no inclusivity whats so ever. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes of the employees. Every dress I picked I was told it was not going to fit or that I didnt have the “correct body type” for the dress. If you want to go to an establishment to be criticized and body shamed then this is the one for you. If one is going to own a clothing store then one should have a positive welcoming attitude and not be so negative and condescending to customers. Very very poor...

We drove all over Denver looking for a baby dress before finally trying here. This place had exactly what we were looking for! The dress is beautiful and a good price. We were so grateful to finally find a beautiful baby dress after looking so many places. The owner was incredibly helpful in showing how to do quick simple alterations ourselves. We did have a bit of a hard time hearing when we called but it is well worth it to go in and find exactly what you are...
